I liked that the maintenance man and the night auditor had empathy for my bad situation.
I didn't like the fact that this hotel falsely represented several things about them including their location. When the taxi cab pulled up to the hotel green 16 I said oh no I'm staying at the hotel Nirvana which is up the street and across the road and he said oh no look at the sign this is hotel Nirvana, he informed me that they are just changing the name because they have a bad reputation. According to Mexico this hotel is considered abandoned and not suitable for guests and they're currently stealing electricity. When I checked in I gave them $81.05 and they told me they would get me $0.50 change but never did. They are falsely saying that they have Wi-Fi in all the rooms they definitely do not, wifi is available in the lobby. Several of pictures on the website are well over 10 years old and very outdated. There are no blankets in any of the rooms on any of the beds just one thin sheet and a table runner. Some of the sheets are torn and little spots and stained permanently and still being used for guests. There is no water pressure in any of the showers. I booked a double room and never even was shown a double room. I stayed in a king room the first night that had no Wi-Fi and no working TV, they refunded $20 for this issue.
The rooms were spacious, and the hotel’s location is good.
We experienced several significant issues during our stay. The WiFi didn’t work in any of the three rooms we booked, and the staff didn’t offer a solution beyond acknowledging that "the signal doesn’t reach well in that room." Even though our rooms were in different areas of the hotel, the WiFi was poor across the board. Additionally, none of the TVs in the rooms worked, and despite informing the staff multiple times, they didn’t make any effort to resolve this issue or even check the televisions. To make matters worse, the pool, which we were looking forward to using, was in terrible condition. Although we were told it was under "renovation," it appeared very neglected, with dirty water, and was completely unusable. These problems were never communicated to us prior to our arrival, which left us disappointed and unprepared for the stay.

I did not start in this place as it was not fit for even a dog. Worst experience ever!

It was a pleasant stay. The room was very basic but served the purpose of resting and sleeping. I had only one meal at the hotel, namely, that of nachos and it was very good. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating.
The picture where it looks that the hotel oversees the sea. This is misleading: there is no view. It also states that there is a swimming pool: NOT SO. It is a 15 minute walk to the main boulevard to take bus into town or attractions in the hotel zone.
There were also piles of garbage on the premises, maybe poor garbage cpllection services? This area should be closed in so guests can't see it: NOT a good, first impression.
Unclean, no lock on door. Unsafe. Hotel sent "taxi" the person that came was not a taxi driver and was not associated with the hotel. Made for a very scary and unsafe situation.

Old building, humid and water spilled outside the door. Wifi didnt work.
I had my dog with me and the staff was wonderful to her.
Hotel was very dirty and nasty mold was everywhere even on the pillow and pillow case paid for ten nights stay in advance but only spent the first night because of how nasty this place was toilet was very nasty and both booking.com and hotel refused to give me my refund but I'm going to my bank to contest the charges on monday
