Bei Eintritt wurde das Zimmer nicht richtig geputzt und war nicht wirklich sauber. Ausserdem gab es ziemlich viel Fliegen im Bad. Leider wurde das Zimmer 1x nicht sauber gemacht der Grund war Personalmangel. Ausserdem gab es kein warmes Wasser, dies mussten wir 2x melden bis es geklappt hat. Das Essen war nicht wirklich gut fast immer das gleiche. Für die liegen am Strand musste man zahlen, was eigentlich bei einem All inclusive Hotel mit dabei sein sollte.

Du potentiel mais très décevant...
Pros:

Établissement avec beaucoup de potentiel. Séjour hors saison très agréable, avec peu de fréquentation. Le personnel est gentil et attentionné. L’hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du centre de Malia. Chambre spacieuse et bien placée

Cons:

La chambre présentait plusieurs problèmes : le ménage était très aléatoire avec de la poussière et une couverture pleine de sable. Les draps plats étaient trop petits pour les lits — il manquait au moins dix centimètres, donc nous étions parfois à même le matelas. La salle de bain était très petite et s’inondait à chaque douche. De plus, la chambre était située dans un passage bruyant.

Le personnel était globalement très agréable, à l’exception de la photographe qui fumait sur notre terrasse, ce qui était inacceptable puisque nous avions un bébé de 4 mois.

La nourriture et les boissons étaient décevantes : repas de mauvaise qualité, très gras, et j’ai été malade dès la première semaine (probablement intoxication alimentaire), ce qui n’était pas un cas isolé. L’offre “all inclusive” est limitée : sodas locaux, cocktails dilués et peu variés.

Certains services étaient insuffisants : les verres de la chambre étaient débarrassés mais jamais remplacés, aucune bouteille d’eau fournie après l’arrivée, et les produits de toilette n’étaient pas toujours réapprovisionnés. Serviettes de plage limitées et transats payants (10 $ par set et par jour).

Pros:

La proximité des chambres des piscines et de la plage. Le bar de la piscine avec sa terrasse en bord de plage, ambiance musicale en journée et en soirée mais pas toujours adaptée aux vacanciers, Les repas sont très correct, pas toujours exceptionnel mais assez variés. Y en a pour tous les goût. Le personnel est très accueillant et très gentil.

Cons:

La plage, bien qu'elle soit grande, il y a beaucoup trop de rochers pour en profiter librement. Il faut chercher un accès plus sûr sur la droite mais il faut passer de nombreux rochers. Les transats de plage sont payant, 10€ par jour par transat. Peu d'activité autour, il faut aller en ville pour trouver un peu d'animation. Aucune animation en soirée à l'hôtel, si ces n'est la musique du bar de la piscine jusqu'à 23h.
