L'hôtel pratique la méthode scandaleuse de la sur-réservation: à vos risques et périls!

Je me suis trouvée en situation de sur-réservation, après que l'hôtel avait effectué le check in (pris la copie de mon passeport et reçu le paiement). Au moment de recevoir la clé de ma chambre à l'heure convenue, j'ai attendu une heure devant une réceptionniste débutante mal à l'aise, jusqu'à ce qu'elle finisse par m'avouer que l'hôtel avait accepté plus de réservations que de chambres. J'ai dû fortement insister pour qu'elle me trouve une solution de repli, à savoir le relogement dans un établissement proche appartenant au même propriétaire. Là, je suis tombée des nues quand j'ai découvert la chambre: un lieu glauque, sale, avec une salle de bain en totale décrépitude (miroir cassé et décroché du mur; pommeau de douche si cassé que l'eau partait dans toutes les directions - donc inutilisable). J'étais épuisée après une nuit blanche à traverser le désert, et ne me suis pas senti le courage de me mettre en quête d'autre chose en milieu d'après-midi, avec mes bagages. Par faiblesse, j'ai accepté cet hébergement au tarif de la première chambre c'est-à-dire 30 dollars, ce qui est trop cher au vu des prestations et de l'état général des lieux.

Otelin konumu güzel diye tutmak istedik.Rezervasyonlu halimizle gitmemize rağmen otelin overbook olduğunu ve daha uzaktaki başka otele gitmemiz gerektiği söylendi.1 çift kişilik yatak şeklinde ayarlamıştık rezervasyonumuzu ama iki tane yatağı birleştirip bizi yatırdılar.Mecburwn gittiğimiz otelin camı başka bir evin camına bakıyordu.temizlik olarak iyi değildi ,.

Pros:

Pas de salle de pt déjeuné, inconfortable dans la chambre, qualité pt déjeuner très moyen
Emplacement très bruyant toute la nuit

酒店基础设施老旧严重，我只是摔坏了一个吹风机塑料罩子（吹风机可以正常使用），收了我10美元💵，在中国成本1美元都用不到，无法理解。

Pros:

Posizione fantastica per visitare il Cairo!
Il personale è stato accogliente: abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli senza alcun sovrapprezzo inoltre, gratuitamente, ci è stato offerto l'upgrade della stanza!
La stanza era spaziosa ed accogliente!

Cons:

Ovviamente trovandosi in pieno centro il rumore del traffico é continuo ma è una caratteristica del centro del Cairo.

Ci è piaciuta molto l’accoglienza e l’ospitalità dello staff, da 10 e lode. Ottima anche la posizione per gli spostamenti.

Cons:

L’unico punto debole è la vicinanza con una arteria principale e di conseguenza il rumore di auto e clacson si fa sentire molto.

Hotel de referencia para alojarse en El Cairo
Pros:

Tercera vez que nos alojamos en este hotel que ya es como si fuera nuestra familia. El personal es amable y encantador. La habitación con balcón tiene tamaño adecuado y está recién pintada y limpia, con aire acondicionado, cama grande y cómoda y nevera que funciona perfectamente además de que te dejan café, te.... y un hervidor de agua. Está ubicado en pleno centro al lado de Plaza Tarhir, Museo Egipcio, Metro y downtown. Todo perfecto. Es un buen alojamiento para conocer el Cairo.

Posizione molto buona anche per uscire la sera e vedere lo shopping nelle vie vicine. Hotel praticamnete nel giardino del vecchio museo egizio

Cons:

Ci vorrebbe un'insegna o un cartello nell'androne perchè l'hotel è al secondo piano e non si è sicuri di dove sia.
Se avete problemi a dormire con il rumore del traffico potrebbe essere un problema.
