Pros:

Schönes, nicht überfülltes Bad und kleine Saunen. Ruhig gelegen, schön zum Wandern und Entspannen.

Cons:

Die Bar war nicht besetzt. Abends musste man sich die Getränke selbst im Restaurant abholen, wobei man da leider das Personal von der Arbeit abhält. Personal trotzdem sehr freundlich. Irgendwie kommt aber keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre auf.

Pros:

Die lage und das Ambiente ist perfekt. Personal und Essen mega! Die Zimmer sind definitiv etwas fürs Auge!

Cons:

Es gibt hier und da ein paar Ecken die gemacht werden müssten wie z.B. Die Holzgeländer um das Gebäude und Gelände und manche Steine wieder befestigen.

Schöne Lage bei großem Entwicklungspotential
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, auch die Anlage selbst sowie das Schloss sind super schön.
Die Zimmer entsprachen den Bildern und die gebuchte Kategorie entsprach meinen Vorstellungen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste bemüht.

Cons:

Für Menschen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, ist der Wellness-Bereich nicht geeignet. Die Saunen (finnische & Dampfbad) liegen unmittelbar am Pool. Die Duschen an den Saunen sind vom Pool aus einsehbar. Es gibt einen „Ruheraum“ (wahrscheinlich die ehemalige Solegrotte?) - dieser bietet aber weder Ruhe noch Raum. Auch Ablagen und zusätzliche Tücher vermisst man hier.

Das Essen ist keine Besonderheit, um nicht zu sagen „uninspiriert“ & „fad gewürzt“.
Ich war schon öfters in Tschechien, übernachtete in verschiedenen Hotels vor Ort und musste bisher nie nachwürzen - hier leider schon.

Die Wände sind zum Teil eher dünn als „schallisoliert“. Man konnte den Nachbarn beim Duschen bzw. Baden (Rutschen/Wasser nachlassen/etc.) zuhören.

An einigen Stellen fehlt die Liebe zum Detail, um den Aufenthalt wirklich besonders zu machen.

Es ist wirklich ein wunderschönes Hotel, aber damit das so bleibt, sind eben auch Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen wichtig. Hierzu gehören u.a. Kleinigkeiten, wie z. B. die Sauberkeit & Abdichtung der Dusche, der Austausch von Matratzen, die Reinigung der großen Fenster am Pool, die Reparatur der Freisitzhäuschen, ...
Kleine I-Tüpfelchen wie Mini-Kosmetika im Bad oder eine gefüllte Minibar würden das Hotel (wieder) auf top Niveau bringen. Für den aktuellen Stand ist es leider etwas teuer.

Leider war Zimmer 404 (Suite unter'm Dach) sehr klein.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage mitten im Wald. Urlaub wie im Museum. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Cons:

Saunen etwas klein
Preispolitik beim Abendessen-Buffet überdenkenswert, zumal es keine zu Fuss erreichbaren Alternativen gibt...

Urlaub auf der Burg (Nähe Karlsbad)
Pros:

Schöne Burg als Hotel (alles im "Burg-Stil") mit geräumigen Zimmern, guter Pool-Bereich (Sauna und Massagen haben wir nicht genutzt); Frühstück und Buffet-Abendessen in Ordnung; etwas außerhalb im Wald gelegen (ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Karlsbad)

Pros:

Locatie superba, Hotel foarte frumos , mic dejun diversificat si de foarte buna calitate!!

Cons:

Apa din piscina ,mie Personal mi s-a parut cam rece, se simte pe holuri si in lift un miros puternic de clor, drumul de acces catre hotel ar trebui un pic asfaltat desi nu cred ca depinde de hotel ar trebui sa vorbeasca un reprezentat al hotelului catre autoritatile abilitate si inca ceva de adaugat: noi am rezervat doar cu mic dejun si am ajuns la hotel in kur de ora 16:00 , la Restaurant nu am putut manca decat o supa pentru ca nu servesc alta mancare intre ora 15:00 si 18:00 😑.
