Pros:

Schön gelegene ruhige Unterkunft und ein sehr guter Wellnessbereich mit finnischer Sauna, kräftiger römischer Dampfsauna und einem Innenpool. Frühstück reichlich und gut.

Cons:

Kaffee schmeckt überhaupt nicht, habe alle Sorten durchprobiert, leider kein Abendessen a la Cart.

Pros:

Se trata de un hotel ubicado en un entorno de bosque, bastante cerca de Karlovy Vary, tiene el encanto de un castillito y está ambientado como tal
Cuenta con un spa con amplio horario, desayuno bastante variado y completo y también restaurante y un pequeño bar

Cons:

Casi todo el personal habla poco inglés, aunque pudimos entendernos sin problemas

Pros:

Beautiful location in the middle of the forest, with a very picturesque scenery. If you (or your kids) like medieval style, knights, kings, etc., it's very interesting to stay in the castle.
The hotel has its own garden, terrace, pool and sauna. You can find some hiking trails nearby (you need to search a bit for them).
You can have breakfast and dinner at the hotel.
The staff is nice and friendly.

Cons:

The food is plenty but not a huge variety and not always the best quality - one morning the vegetables were clearly in a bad state. The breakfast and dinner times could be longer (dinner is only until 8 PM). They have gluten free bread but again, it's rather mediocre.
The spa is decent but rather small.

Pros:

Wir waren bereits zum Zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und auch diesmal wurden unsere Erwartungen wieder übertroffen. Wir hatten 3 wundervolle erholsame Tage. Das Hotel ist traumhaft, das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und so fleißig. Der Wellnessbereich ist Klasse. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder.

Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen.
Pros:

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und sie haben sich viel Mühe gegeben damit man sich wohlfühlen kann. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und es gab kleinere Abwechslungen in der Auslage. Das Ambiente war sehr schön und sie haben den Schloss Stil gut umgesetzt. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und man konnte die Aussicht auf die Natur genießen.

Cons:

An einigen Lampen haben die Kristalle gefehlt und hätten ersetzt werden können. Genauso wie die Knöpfe an den Betten und Bänken. Das hätte dem Schloss Stil gut getan. Leider gab es keine Aufgüsse in der Sauna. In unserem Zimmer hat der Föhn nur funktioniert wenn man den Stecker festgehalten hat beim nutzen da er sonst keinen Kontakt hat ( Zimmer 327)

Die ruhige Lage, der Spa Bereich mit Blick in die Berge, die Eirichtung und Gestaltung der Räumlichkeiten

Cons:

Der Preis für den Hund, denn es war nichts für das Tier vorhanden. Das Buffet am Abend haben wir nur einmal in Anspruch genommen. Die Speisen haben uns nicht überzeugt. Die Handtücher für den Wellness Bereich konnten im Zimmer nicht trocknen und wurden nicht ausgetauscht. Das Personal war sehr nett aber distanziert und nicht zuvorkommend. Wahrscheinlich ist es aber der Sprachbarrie geschuldet.

Es war alles toll! Beginnend vom Personal, Zimmer, Essen! Der Wellness Bereich super schön. Die Thai Massage überragend! 3 Nächte und wir fahren toll entspannt nach Hause.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

Чудесен релакс след няколко дневен път с кемпер бус.
Pros:

Уникално преживяване, всичко е направено с вкус, веднага се потопяваш в цялостната атмосфера. Персонала беше любезен и усмихнат с истински усмивки. Помислено за всеки детайл. СПА беше на прилично ниво, много е хубаво, че може от басейна да се излиза направо навън.

Cons:

Матраците на леглото не бяха удобни. Не работеха джакузито и допълнителните водни съоръжения на басейна.

Pros:

Hallo zusammen,

Wir haben vier schöne Tage im Hotel verbracht, und waren sehr zufrieden.
Meine Frau hatte Geburtstag, und sie bekam sogar ein Geschenk das Personal hat auch noch ein Lied gesungen, wir waren angenehm überrascht.
Hotel ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.
