Pros:

Die Aufmachung des Hotels ist einzigartig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und es war total sauber. Der Wellnessbereich ist Klasse und das Massageangebot ist auch super. Super Frühstücksbuffet!

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer war leider das WLAN sehr schlecht und die Internetverbindung nicht vorhanden. Es war Samstag eine Musikveranstaltungen angepriesen die warum auch immer nicht stattgefunden hat. Und das Restaurant was vor Ort ist hatte nur Samstag und Sonntag ab 20 Uhr geöffnet. Zur Auswahl stand dann Abendbuffet. Naja.

Das Bett war zu kurz.

Lage und Ambiente an sich sind toll.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war soweit ganz okay. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel haben wir etwas mehr Auswahl erwartet.
Das Abendessen war in unseren Augen nicht gut.
Für ein Wellnesshotel habe ich mehr Saunen erhofft. Die Bäder im Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich könnten eine Sanierung vertragen.

Velmi milý personál. Čisté ubytování. Welness splnil očekávání.

Cons:

Velké zklamání byla večeře - malý výběr jednoduchých pokrmů např. rajská omáčka, na 4* hotel neodpovídající. Kupované sladké rolády, bábovka atd. Nedostatek velkých polštářů na pokoji, pouze malé. Nemilá zkušenost ve welnessu, kde se skupina 10 lidi chovala velmi hlučně a nevhodně vůči ostatním hostům, kteří raději odcházeli, k nápravě přes upozornění nedošlo.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, nicht unter dem Gesichtspunkt Wellness, aber ein sehr schönes Hotel

Das mittelalterliche Ambiente ist großartig!
Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam!
Eine Massage hatte ich so noch nie, war wirklich gut, aber wirkte für mich etwas hektisch.
Das Essen war reichlich und gut!
Prima ist der schriftlicheche Hinweis im Speisesaal angemessene Kleidung zu tragen, leider halten sich einige Gäste nicht daran und werden vom Personal auch nicht darauf hingewiesen.

Cons:

Für ein Hotel, dass sich als Spa & Wellness Hotel bezeichnet finde ich den Pool- und Saunabereich Recht Übersicht und sehr schnell sehr voll, aber alles gepflegt und ordentlich. Leider unglaublich warm und nach der Sauna keine ausreichenden Abkühlung- und Ruhemöglichkeiten

Wunderschönes Hotel, super Lage, tolle Ausstattung

Cons:

Frühstück war in Ordnung. Ein bisschen mehr Obst könnte da sein.
Abendessen in Buffetform war etwas wenig Auswahl. Man muss sehr viel nach würzen.
Die Betten waren sehr hart. Es wird von Haus aus angeboten, eine Unterlage zu bekommen, welches schnell erledigt wurde. Viel Abhilfe hat dies aber leider nicht gebracht.

Атмосферный замок в красивом месте
Pros:

- Очень красивый замок, внутри атмосферно. Номер просторный, с классным паркетом. Сначала было жарко, но батареи легко отрегулировали. В номере достаточно места: три разных стола, несколько кресел, тумбочки.
- Неплохой wellness-центр: бассейн и три сауны. Мы попробовали финскую и паровую - отличные, с очень комфортной температурой. Понравился тайский массаж.
- Очень приятный персонал: вежливые, доброжелательные, говорили по-русски.
- Очень красивое и уединённое место: вокруг только лес, есть пешеходные маршруты. Нам повезло застать снег, было особенно красиво.
- Хорошая шумоизоляция, никто не мешал.
- Очень красивый зал основного ресторана. Приятным бонусом оказался морозильник с мягким мороженым. Цены на напитки приемлемые.

Cons:

- Очень мало вешалок для троих человек.
- В wellness-центре мало места: лежаков немного и они почти всегда были заняты, джакузи также постоянно было занято.
- Завтрак и ужин средние: обычная чешская кухня среднего качества. Всегда было, что выбрать, но без «вау» - за такую цену ожидали большего.
- Очень неудобная двуспальная кровать, составленная из двух отдельных половинок, с постоянно разъезжающимися матрасами.
- Туалет не закрывается на замок.
