Decent hotel in the center of Prague, too expensive for what it is
Pros:

The room has been clean and one has fresh towels everyday, but you will find floor carpet on the rooms, which retain dusts and made me sneeze straightaway when I entered the hotel-room

Cons:

The breakfast is taken in a common room, so don’t be surprised if you don’t have chair when you go downstairs to get your breakfast.
The breakfast was very poor : everything seemed to have been bought at Aldi or Lidl (first price products) I.e. bad bread, bad coffee, no cheese, no eggs, only porks sausages and sugar …

Pros:

Väldigt bra lokaliserat, oslagbart ur den synvinkeln.

Cons:

Kändes inte som man lagt pengar på renovering de senaste 10 åren. Enkla saker var inte fixade, som trasiga gardinstänger och liknande samt lösa lister i badrum. Gav ofräsch känsla. Personalen var direkt otrevlig också.

La habitacions era grande

Cons:

Las camas eran muy duras y me resultaron bastante incómodas, lo que afectó mi descanso. Además, el desayuno no estaba muy bien: la calidad y la variedad no cumplieron con lo que esperaba.

Очень удобно для осмотра старого города.
Pros:

Очень хорошее расположение! Все в шаговой доступности, особенно исторические достопримечательности. Номер был в старинном стиле, сперва не особо понравился, но потом поняла изюминку. Обслуживание на ресепшн в день заезда могло быть лучше тем, чтобы применять русский язык или использовать его для гостей из стран СНГ. Хорошо племянник владеет английским.

Cons:

Немного темно вечером при включении ламп. Яркости не хватило для моих больных глаз.

Good location, receptionists need a lot of work
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

Facilities weren't great and the staff were unhelpful at best, one of the receptionists was very unhelpful and mostly rude throughout from the minute we arrived not very welcoming and quite off putting as a paying guest. Quite surprising as a choice of front of house. Can't say I will be recommending it to anyone.

Bagno senza porta, con al posto una tenda,la vasca da bagno piccola e in una nicchia alta un metro e mezzo, io che sono 1,80 ho dovuto accucciarmi, bicchieri lasciati sporchi, difficile la comunicazione(in inglese), avevamo la stanza in un struttura atigua,all'albergo, senza la sicurezza di passaggio della reception, posto x la colazione minuscolo, siamo stati in fila ad aspettare che si liberasse un tavolino

Great location, not great service.
Pros:

Location is great, the room is spacious and clean.

Cons:

We could hear the guests above us walking, which made a lot of noise. Breakfast was very poor, in a little room which was one day so crowded that there were no seats and we had to eat our breakfast standing. The glasses and cups we used in the room were never changed, however, the towels were, every day.
The staff is very indifferent.

Nice location!
Pros:

Location is really exceptional; literally few metres from Staroměstské náměstí square. The building is charming, too!

Cons:

The breakfast is basic, and there is no elevator (what was mentioned in the description of the hotel).
