Pros:

Nous avons été très bien reçu et nos demandes spéciales ont toutes été prises en compte et honorées.
Très bon hôtel jouissant d'une position géographique exceptionnelle avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Pour le petit déjeuner, j'aurais apprécié un peu d'oeufs brouillés à servir avec la charcuterie qui était excellente.

La posizione è centrale, l'orologio astronomico e varie attrazioni principali sono a pochi minuti.

Cons:

Le camere sono fatiscenti, hanno un mobilio molto vecchio, l'acqua della doccia va a colpi, esce calda bollente e poi per qualche secondo fredda. Manca una tendina della doccia e quindi si bagna ovunque.
Il personale più di salutare e la normale amministrazione di check in/out non fa.
Solo all'inizio si sono proposti per mandare un taxi dall'aereoporto all'hotel.
Manca la proattività di chiedere se servono consigli per attrazioni, servizi o altro.
Non c'è ascensore e le scale

Posizione strategica, come si gira l'angolo, ci si trova nella piazza dell'orologio astronomico

Cons:

Pavimento scricchiolante, prese della corrente per caricare il cellulare inesistente vicino al letto, ho dovuto staccare le lampade per caricare, bagno ventola non funzionante

Amazing location. This was the hotels best feature.
Room.was old and small, nice view of the streets below.

Cons:

No lift but we were okay with stairs.
Breakfast was not good, we visit Prague alot and my partner is Czech and she thought the breakfast options were very limited, coffee was not nice.

Загалом усе сподобалось, дуже добре.
Pros:

Готель в самому центрі міста, просторі кімнати

Cons:

Сніданок був трошки замалим, вода у ванній іноді різко перемикалася з дуже горячої на холодну

It is fine if you intend to spend very little time in the actual hotel and are only using it as a base

The location was fantastic

Cons:

The staff were so rude it was actually funny in the end, the building is beautiful but room was very dated and the bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was not good!!!

La cama era terriblemente incómoda .. tuvimos que poner debajo de colchón otro más que había de una cama extra . Creo que la importancia de la cama y no poder descansar es muy importante .. una pena .

Pros:

Posizione comoda per il centro e vicino alla metro.

Cons:

Personale scortese e maleducato.
Bagno piccolo senza porta (c'è una tenda) e assenza di doccia. C'è una mezza vasca senza la possibilità di stare in piedi e senza reggi doccino.
La struttura era sporca, non hanno nemmeno cambiato i bicchieri usati.
Struttura fatiscente e stanza rumorosa.
Letti sfondati con un materasso sottilissimo.
Colazione misera, senza alternative e di scarsa qualità.
Alla fine del soggiorno ci hanno anche addebitato le bustine di caffè solubile, anche se non c'era scritto da nessuna parte che erano a pagamento.
Non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura.
