Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war super zentral, natürlich etwas laut, teilweise durch die Bohrarbeiten..

Cons:

Der Personal ist unfreundlich, besonders die blonde Dame am dem ersten Tag unser Ankunft war sehr unangenehm! Man hatte das Gefühl absolut unerwünscht zu sein und nach 11 Stunden Zug/bus fahren ist es sehr frustrierend so empfangen zu werden. Auch die Dame am Frühstückbuffet und Reinigung war sehr unfreundlich auch nicht gegrüßt. Ich versteh nicht, warum manche Leute mit Touristen arbeiten, wenn die so eine Abneigung gegenüber fremden haben. Ich kann vom Hotel nur abraten, wenn man Wert auf Freundschaft, Sauberkeit legt.

Jedyny plus to lokalizacja.

Cons:

Pobierają depozyt 1000 koron czego nie ma w opisie na bookingu. Jest mini bar, owszem ale jak z niego skorzystasz to odliczają Ci od depozytu, czyli nie od zniszczeń w pokoju ale też od tego co udostępniają czyli: woda, kawa, herbata, chipsy czy piwo. Przy wymeldowaniu dziwią się, że chcesz odzyskać depozyt i idą sprawdzić pokój czy wszystko ok i co zniknęło z mini baru.
Śniadanie - przez 3 dni to samo - najtańsza wędlina, ser topiony, dżem, pasztet. Parówki twarde, że nożem ciężko było pokroić. Brak żółtego sera, jajek czy innych dodatków. Były pomidory - wysoko w koszyczku, szkoda, że nie było odpowiedniego noża żeby go pokroić. Obsłudze raczej tego się nie chciało robić chyba, że w Pradze jedzą pomidora jak jabłko;)
Słowem lokalizacja tak ale śniadań tam lepiej nie kupować.
Panie z obsługi kłócą się przy gościach hotelowych.
Ogólnie u osób na recepcji i paniach tam pracujących brak uśmiechu, jakby były tam za karę.

L emplacement, le caractere de l etablissement, le confort

Cons:

Le personnel qui fait la tete, du matin au soir, quelle que soit la,personne, et qu on a vraiment l impression de deranger. C est tres specifique a cet etablissement et pas du tout representatif de lbetat d esprit tcheque. C est la premiere fois que cela nous arrive alors,que nous voyageons beaucoup et tous les ans depuis plusieurs decennies a travers la republique tcheque

Orloj za rohem 🤩.Kdo chce být v centru tak tak má možnost.hotel v klidu..sice bez výtahu, ale pohyb není na škodu 😉. slyšet tam je ale všechno.Drevene podlahy.Vcetne ulice.. PRAHA žije!!nedivte se😂.bez klimatizace, ale ventilátor byl😴😴😴 takže jsme spali krásně!!! snídaně menší ale stačí..

Odkládací prostor pro zavadla před check in😭..plný prostor nebylo místo,a klíč na požádání.Mohl každý k zavazadlum 🤔

Att det var nära till många av de ställen vi ville se.
Personalen var trevlig.

Cons:

Städningen var rätt undermålig, under tiden vi bodde där dammsögs inte rummet. Vi hittade papper datummärkt 2017 under en fåtölj.
Den kontinentala frukosten hade mycket i övrigt att önska, fanns varken ägg eller bacon.

Cons:

Arvostimme sijaintia. Olimme paikassa jo toisen kerran. Varaajien olisi hyvä tietää että ainakin meidän huoneeseen johti jyrkät portaat ja suihku täytyi ottaa ammessa istuen. Meteliä ulkoa kuului n. puoleen yöhön, joskus myöhemminkin ja parina aamuna todella äänekäs katusiivous alkoi klo 6. Äänieristys on siis huono. Nämähän eivät ole ongelmia jos ne huoneen kohdalla olisi kerrottu. Hotellissa on varmaan huoneita joissa ei ole ym. ominaisuuksia.

Localização é o ponto forte, mas vá consciente da simplicidade.

Cons:

Como é um prédio histórico, e fui no verão, não tem ar condicionado. Suava todas as noites com só um ventilador.
O café da manhã vai até às 10:30, às 10:25 já tiraram. O pão que for retirado volta no outro dia durinho.Não tem ovos nem queijo.

A limpeza do quarto era OK, porém as cortinas e o lustre estavam com bastante poeira.

O atendimento não é nem um pouco simpático, mas isso eu acho que é da cultura da cidade.
