The Y Hotel

From the moment we booked, Nabih was so helpful in any questions we had and arranging tours for us. When we arrived at the hotel Ayyad welcomed us and was very friendly, talkative and funny! Nabih spoke to us on the phone once again being incredibly welcoming and helpful and whenever there was anything we needed they were always there to help us. Ayyad was a very nice man and made our stay at the hotel relaxing and would always stop for a chat whenever he saw us :) The hotel itself was in a fantastic location close to all of the main attractions, it was very clean and modern and had everything you could need including a very nice breakfast!

We will be returning to Jordan again and will definitely stay at the Y Hotel. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Amman!

Great location with many tourist attractions/areas in walking distance. Hotel administrator, Mr. Ayad is very friendly and helpful - he was trying his very best to resolve even the smallest issues, help me with recommendations, arrange additional services if I needed any. I think the hotel has a very good price/quality ratio.

The property is very central, 10 mins from rainbow street. Mostly Ayad was super welcoming and nice, always present an helpful.

Location is perfect. Central to downtown. A 5 min Careem ride to the Roman Theater, Citadel, and Rainbow St. You can also see Fakhreldin, one of the most sought after restaurants, from the front door of this hotel. Room is small and comfortable. Sheets smell like fresh laundry. And most importantly, the staff, most particularly, Mr Ayad, have been wonderful. Mr Ayad had many recommendations and was very helpful. I had a change of plans the final day in Amman and was desperate for a place to leave my luggage and sit down while awaiting my middle-of-the-night flight. Mr Ayad was so accommodating, turning on the heater and giving me a cup of coffee while I waited. I would never ever forget his hospitality. I am so grateful.

This hotel has a very homey feel. Comfortable, friendly, and quiet. In a very walkable area of Amman, with great restaurants and Rainbow St within easy reach.

Ero in viaggio con mia madre, quindi volevo soggiornare in un posto che reputavo sicuro. Si trova a 5 min a piedi da Rainbow street e ad una mezz'oretta a piedi da Downtown (che potete raggiungere in uber con 1,50 euro). Il gestore è stato gentilissimo sin da subito. Due mattine su tre ci siamo dovute alzare molto presto e uscire prima dell'orario della colazione, così il gestore la prima mattina ci ha fatto trovare una busta con la colazione per entrambe pronta alle 6, mentre il secondo giorno ci ha permesso di fare colazione mezz'ora prima degli altri così da non lasciarci a pancia vuota. La camera era pulitissima e ben attrezzata, con una vista magnifica. Tornerò il prossimo anno e soggiornerò di nuovo qui.
