Pros:

Breakfast nice, nothing wrong at all. Really nice property and location.

Cons:

Bizarre turn down service at 9.30pm - far too late. Nothing out of the ordinary e.g. chocolates on the pillows. Just a nice hotel with good staff and good facilities. Not the four seasons.

Pros:

We had a perfect stay. Delicious breakfast, very nice staff, spacious and very comfortable rooms.
And the Pool and Fitness area was perfect aswell

We are happy staying at the hotel!
Pros:

1. Very friendly staffs in reception and the concierge, especially would like to thank the concierge staff, who was very resourceful and helpful in guiding us in finding restaurants and arranging our tours that we asked.
2. Almost the best housekeeping I have ever seen, so attentive to details and keep our room tidy everyday, it made our stay very pleasant.
3. Spacious room and comfortable bed.
Overall we are pleased with our stay.
4. Very nice lounge on 22th floor, nice delicacy and good view. We liked going there a lot!
5. Location is convenient, easily reach city center by transportation or by walking

Cons:

It would have been better if more storage or hanging devices are available inside the room and bathroom.

Pros:

Ruime kamer, netjes, goede ligging

Cons:

De receptionist van de check-in was niet erg vriendelijk.
We wilden graag cash betalen bij uitchecken, doch dienden wij een veel hoger bedrag, dan bij reservering, goed te keuren op de betaalterminal met onze creditcard/code.
Hij kon ons niet uitleggen waarom het bedrag zo hoog was, daarbij sprak hij geen Nederlands.
Bij het uitchecken dienden wij €71,50 voor 1 nacht parkeergeld te betalen, waanzin voor een 5 sterrenhotel.
In de stad is een “dag”pas nog stukken voordeliger!!!

Séjour globalement décevant, car des aspects essentiels – en particulier le spa – ne correspondent pas au standard atten

Le restaurant Sazanka, pour le teppanyaki! C’était vraiment une excellente découverte! La cheffe qui a préparé notre repas, Madame Rebel, était au top! Merci encore pour ce super moment!

Expérience au spa décevante : absence totale de tranquillité
• Présence d’enfants (avec bouées) dans le jacuzzi, ce qui nuit fortement à la détente
• Aucun espace réservé aux adultes ni créneaux dédiés pour garantir un environnement calme
• Ambiance globale du spa ne correspondant pas au standing d’un hôtel 5★
• Manque de cohérence avec l’image “bien-être / atmosphère japonaise” annoncée (+ accueil froid (entrée de l’hôtel), personne ne salue… je ne veux pas de tapis rouge, clairement pas… mais pour un hôtel du genre, l’accueil compte)
• Attente à la réception à l’arrivée (5 minutes à attendre après les formalités, sans savoir pourquoi alors que des collaborateurs riaient et ne faisaient rien à côté)
• Problème avec la fenêtre de la salle de bain (vue impactée… même si pas grave en soi, mais à nouveau, recevoir une chambre du jour pour un hôtel comme ça, c’est très décevant)
• Manque d’attention initiale (petites attentions type fruits absentes à l’arrivée)
• Gestion de la situation correcte mais tardive (réaction après réclamation uniquement, et peu adaptée)
• Réponse de l’hôtel professionnelle mais sans solution réellement adaptée au problème principal

Pros:

Se você for primeiro no Okura de Tokyo, vai achar esse ruim. Não é nivel japao, mas fui bem atendido de forma geral!

Cons:

Area do spa é fraca. Piscina pequena e fria e a sauna com roupa cabem 2 pessoas. Meu mini-bar parou de funcionar, mas eles traziam e levavam os itens de refrigerador todos dias para a geladeira deles.
