Excellent hotel with great facilities to stay in.
Pros:

The room is spacious with a nice view. They have a very nice gym and sap; and the food is great.

Cons:

Some renovation might be needed; but nothing major.

Kahvaltısı oldukça keyifli.
Odalarda camların açılıyor olması temiz hava sirkülasyonu için büyük avantaj.
Oda sıcacık hem petek hem klima sistemi var (Ocak ayında idi seyehatimiz.)
Sigara içenler için camlı bir alan yapılmış orası dahi tertemizdi.

Pros:

De kamer was wederom fantastisch. Wij hadden als vaste gasten een upgrade naar de panorama lounge. Was wederom super verzorgd.

Cons:

De originele executive lounge op de 22 ste verdieping werd verbouwd waardoor deze verplaatst werd naar een kleine ruimte op de eerste verdieping. Deze ruimte was totaal niet representatief voor de allure van Okura en werd ook minder goed verzorgd.

I will never have a nicer Anniversary/Xmas Eve experience in my life (though I will try to top it).
Pros:

I know this doesn't help you improve but I was happy with everything. The hotel by itself is so lovely and the staff went above and beyond for our anniversary occasion when I was merely expecting a simple bottle of bubbly or something.

Enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again
Pros:

I had access to the lounge and it was great other place to relax. Very good location. The proximity to everything and nice neighborhood.

Cons:

some times the automatic drapes surprised me but I got used to it. Also would like more temperature control in room and bathroom.
