Pros:

Piękny hotel, niesamowita obsługa, czuliśmy się wyjątkowo :) Dostaliśmy upgrade, więc nasz pobyt był naprawdę niesamowity. Cudowne podejście do dzieci, bardzo miły pakiet powitalny dla małych gości. Przepyszne autentyczne jedzenie w restauracji, stosunkowo krótki czas oczekiwania na room service, co pozytywnie nas zaskoczyło (pobyt w Wielkanoc). Pracownicy hotelu byli niesamowicie pomocni i uprzejmi, dużo podróżujemy, a gościnność w tym hotelu nas naprawdę oczarowała. Mieliśmy wrażenie, że wszystkim zależy, żeby goście naprawdę wypoczęli. Spory basen z wydzielonym torem- można popływać. Zasłużone 5 gwiazdek.

Cons:

Bufet śniadaniowy mógłby być nieco bardziej rozbudowany. Brakowało nam „pewniaków” dla dzieci (np pankejki, gofry, naleśniki, większy wybór owoców) musieliśmy się trochę pogimnastykowac, żeby zadowolić dwójkę wybrednych dzieci. Na plus wybór japońskich dań.

Pros:

De locatie was goed, deel van het personeel was vriendelijk. Eten was goed.

Cons:

Konden geen gebruik maken van de welness vanwege drukte zat het vol, zijn er 3 dagen en 2 nachten geweest en 3x naar de welness en zwembad gegaan en 3x was het vol.
Parkeren “kon met uitrijkaart van degene die ons incheckte” vervolgens wel rekening van €140 voor parkeerkosten.

Room service duurde bijna 2 uur… vervolgens de kosten terug gekregen maar daar heb je niks aan als je honger hebt.

Ben er vaak geweest maar deze laatste ervaring zorgt ervoor dat ik twijfel om nog eens te gaan en zeker niet zou aanraden.
