Decepcionante. Muy triste....
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. El sitio en la parte de afuera, espectacular
Pero nos colocaron en una pieza que es una cabaña... horrible, muy incómoda, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el baño muy pequeño, no hay ni donde colocar el cepillo de diente.
Se le dijo en varias oportunidades al personal, pero nada hicieron....y solo hubo solución cuando pudimos conseguir el teléfono de una funcionaria, que nos trasladó al Frances... pero después de 3 días...... Lo que dán, no corresponde en nada a lo ofrecido. Muy triste.

El personal es atento y servicial

Cons:

La habitación fue diferente a la que se ve en fotos, pedí cambio y lo único que me dijeron es que no se podía porque la reserva había sido por Booking, adicional cancelé la última noche y no me responden para hacerme la devolución de la última noche que no estuve.
Adicional el aire acondicionado a ratos dejaba de funcionar.

Falsas expectativas
Pros:

Ubicación y playa casi privada. Los empleados son amables.

Cons:

La cabaña está en malas condiciones y las fotos realmente no reflejan el estado de mantenimiento del lugar. El hotel no tiene planta eléctrica como los otros hospedajes entonces con eventualidades de clima, se va la luz y el calor es insoportable. El agua potable se acabó al día 3 y nunca volvieron a conseguir, el shampoo tampoco lo volvieron a surtir, y finalmente los precios de la comida son exagerados.

La atención muy cercana y personalizada, la comida deliciosa, la playa excelente. Todo muy limpio.

Cons:

La habitación de la cabaña adicional de madera no es tan agradable como las habitaciones de la casa principal. La relación calidad-precio de esa habitación es baja. Hay partes del deck cerca de la piscina un poco deterioradas.

Pros:

Sehr schönes und kleines Hotel an einem ruhigen schönen Strand, kleiner Pool, Fussball Tore und Beach Volleyball Feld, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Zufahrtsstrasse sehr holprig, keine Restaurants in der Nähe. Personal zwar freundlich aber ziemlich passiv.

The location is beautiful

Cons:

The room was not as described on Booking.com. There was no terrace, and it was very small. They changed our room and the air conditioning didn’t work very well. Some food products were very low quality. The ‘suero’ was from D1, the coffee was not good.

Pros:

The location is great. Very quiet, relaxing.

Cons:

It was quite dirty. Linens were not clean. Windows couldn't be closed. We were in a wooden building next to the house. Ac was very loud and made weird noices. They charges us 2,5 times the food and drinks that we consumed. Tried to charge breakfast that was included into the price. Food took an hour or more to make. Its way to expensive for what you get.

Exceptional
Pros:

Location is great. (a bitbfar from Tolú - yet easy to reach by Mototaxi)

Rooms are good, comfy bed and shower as well as Aircon work fine.

Staff is great and food delicious. Coctails are very good too. Prices very reasonable.

Private beach with lots of areas to chill.
Although the hotel beach is very clean, the neighbours seem not to care as much about that. Definitely an area where collaborate improvement is necessary.
