cómodo para su fin
Pros:

hotel muy cómodo, tiene parking, buffet correcto, buen check in y check out, anquue creo que coincidí que no había cola

Cons:

faltaba personal en el buffet, para entrar se fomaban colas de 10-15 min

L'hotel, l'esmorzar

Cons:

Ferrari land estava tancat, port Aventura tenia moltes atraccions fora de servei i les que no ho estaven tenien llargues cues i/o estaven fora de servei la majoria del temps. Les indicacions a les pantalles de l'estat i l'estona d'espera de les atraccions no corresponia amb la realitat. L'aplicació tampoc era correcta la majoria de la informació de les atraccions

La posizione,la colazione super e la pulizia

Cons:

Fino al 27 marzo il parco Ferrari Land è chiuso ma quando prenoti con booking ti riporta che hai il biglietto dell' entrata al parco per poi arrivare a Salou e scoprire che è chiuso.....nel parco principale il 70 per cento dell' attrazioni chiuse

Le Parc Ferrari ouvre trop tard , les express sont trop chers .
Pros:

La climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas , l’hôtel manque d’hygiène , la plupart du personnel manque d’amabilité .

Não é um hotel 4 estrelas !!!!!!

Localização e equipe muito atenciosa

Cons:

O quarto estava muito sujo (colcha cheia de manchas, cabelos em vários lugares - beem nojento) não tinha geladeira, privada entupida e ducha estragada, a água saía de todos os lados e para piorar não tinha água gelada de manhã, não dava para tar banho, nem lavar as mãos !

El personal del hotel.

Cons:

Que teníamos pensión completa y cuando comes dentro del parque en sus restaurante no te entra todo. De los menus de adulto que valen 29'99€ solo te quitan 21€ y los de niños valen 13'99€ y te restan 11€. Y el resto lo tienes que pagar tú. Ya tampoco me gustó que dos veces que hemos ido con esta tarifa nos haya todo el mismo hotel.
