It was in good price, it was good for a family,
Some issues with the equipment
Posizione strategica e appartamento dotato di tutto ciò che poteva servire. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile, anche se non abbiamo avuto la necessità di interpellarlo.
L’amfitrió és molt amable i es preocupa perquè l’estada sigui agradable. Ens va donar indicacions molt detallades tant per accedir al pàrquing com per a la recollida de les claus. L’allotjament és cèntric, ben equipat i amb prou espai per a quatre persones, cosa que ens va resultar molt còmoda. Una de les habitacions, la que dona a la cuina menjador, tal com es mostra a la foto, no té porta (per nosaltres no va ser cap problema).
Com a punt a millorar, l’allotjament no disposa d’armaris per guardar la roba, cosa que pot resultar poc pràctica si s’hi està molts dies. Tot i que té capacitat per a set persones, considero que l’espai pot resultar una mica limitat.

It had everything we were looking for: a great location, a comfortable bed, laundry, and secured parking. We would definitely stay again!
Daniel's place has a lot going for it:
- location: city centre is within walking distance
- supermarket: around the corner
- carpark: free, secure, under the building
- room: compact, well-appointed kitchen, washing machine + dryer, balcony, wi-fi, TV with Netflix, lift from carpark
- communication: check-in instructions were clear and abundant via Booking.com, instruction sheet available in the room, Daniel replied promptly to any query
Rangehood was broken, which didn't help when cooking
Well equipped, great location for the stay near the centre , with indoor parking slot
I liked that the host was quick at responding to messages. The apartment was better than my family expected and had many household facilities. Very good location, which made it easy for us to walk to most places. The rooftop was lovely to watch the sunset or to just chill. Fotex is right under the apartment building, which was very essential.
Staff were really helpful accessing property. The facility was generally clean and tidy.

Too small and no closets. There were no two rooms but one stappel bed in the eating room.

Very helpful and easily contactable owner in case of questions. Location was pretty central, easy walking distance to many attractions and the seafront. Roof terrace (shared) has lovely views over the city. Large supermarket downstairs in the same building so very easy to manage supplies.
Bunk beds in one of the rooms (actually more a closet) were quite warm when the door was closed. Some small things like cupboard doors could be replaced/improved.
Perfect location. It was great for our group of eight and very good value for money. Especially in Aarhus.
Location was perfect for what we came for, everything was local and close by.
Very hospitable and easy contact with owner; instructions for parking and door entry were perfect.
There was an issue with shower drainage but I'm sure it can be fixed easily.
