Pros:

The best was the staff! Front desk-Lilly to the man who allowed to try the first expression shot from the new espresso cappuccino bar
Very nice and accommodating!

Cons:

My daughter told me while waiting to get checked in the main bathroom was not clean. Other than that no issues.

Pros:

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The receptionist assisted me to understand my medication instructions when I had a slight cold and had bought some medication with only Chinese writing on the packet. She also helped to book my Didi taxi on departure when I was leaving as my Alipay was not working at that time. The breakfast was good and I got to enjoy some delicious fruits and some Chinese options. The room and bathroom were very clean with ample supplies of toiletries and towels. My room was cleaned and my bed made up every day, so that was very welcoming. I also liked how check out wasn't until 2.00 pm. The location was excellent with bakeries and restaurants nearby. My stay would have been quite pleasant had it not been for the renovations taking place.

Cons:

Renovations of the lobby area were taking place so there was a lot of dust and noise and equipment lying around.The staff could not really help the situation even though they tried. They would warn us to be careful as we were coming and going. The noise continued at night when I was trying to sleep although it did not go very late. This hotel should have been closed for the renovations because it directly affects guests as they were coming and going and while they were trying to rest. Even though I could have stayed until 2.00 pm, I left early because of the pounding and drilling noise.

Pros:

There’s a common area with tables and seating, which was nice to chill in the evenings after a day of exploring. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast served in the mornings was good, a nice selection of things to choose from as well as tea and coffee. The room was spacious and clean too. We booked our tour to the Great Wall through the hotel as well, and they organised everything for us, and even walked us down the road to the meeting point on the morning of the tour, which was really nice.

Cons:

Our room neighbours were a bit loud at times, not the fault of the hotel, but maybe the walls are a little thin. All it takes is for others to be considerate of others.

Cons:

Los comentarios que leí sobre el hotel me llevaron a cogerlo, pero nada mas lejos de lo que había leído. Me metieron en una habitación enana que no tenía armario pa dejar ropa aunque al día siguiente me la cambiaron( me queje claro), baño mal desayuno pobre. Las chicas muy majas pero no compensa tener ese servicio aunque las chicas sean majas. No quiero explayarme más

Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Preis stimmte, und man muss Abstriche machen.
Pros:

Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der gut befahrenen Strasse. Es ist sehr laut. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und vieles wirkt improvisiert.

Освежить ремонт, надевать поварам шапочку при готовке, разнообразить меню и решить вопрос с горячей водой

Расположение действительно хорошее, рядом метро, остановка, в пешей доступности парки и уличный рынок. Персонал хороший, говорит на Английском

Cons:

Отель уже сильно не свежий, треснута плитка в ванной, на входе «творческий беспорядок». По еде - лично мне, было сильно тяжело в отеле с завтраком, так как всё выглядело не аппетитно, ела только рис с яйцом и морковью, и то в последний день там попались волосы. Яйца на вкус странные, как резиновые. И вишенка на торте - вода, в час пик вы не помоетесь, потому что горячей воды просто не будет, нормально помыться можно только в обед. Также с вероятностью 90% вас заселят в номер без окон или с окном на соседний дом (меньше чем в метре от окна)
