Все было замечательно! Огромное спасибо персоналу, который помогал впервые нам ориентироваться в приложениях и тонкостях страны. Так как наш багаж не приехал вовремя, нам было нужно очень много всего. Вы нам очень помогли, правда! :)
Через отель мы заранее запланировали экскурсии по самой выгодной стоимости в 2 раза дешевле, чем предлагают туроператоры и другие агрегаторы типа трипстера, трип кома и прочее (Китайская стена и запретный город)! Остались очень довольны! И будем всем советовать. Очень понравилось четкое взаимодействие. Списались, забронировали, все по расписанию.

Завтраки хорошие, кровать очень удобная, в номере есть все необходимое, сланцы, все средства, опять же в нашей ситуации без багажа все очень пригодилось!
Очень приятно, что всегда можно попить чай или кофе из кофемашины в отдельной зоне. Есть кулер с горячей и холодной водой.
Ну и персонал с английским языком, это очень удобно! Отдельное спасибо Джулии! Она лучшая!

La taille très petite de la chambre ! Le petit déjeuner pas très varié, douche et toilette inaccessible pour une personne en fauteuil roulant, pour le prix aller ailleurs.

Pros:

The location was good, close to main attractions

Cons:

The rooms are small especially the bathroom. It was almost impossible to have a normal bath or use the toilet. The building is not well maintained. The breakfast is poor.

Pros:

The staff really made this place comfortable. 24/7 receptionist was great. Julie in particular was SUPER helpful with my many many questions :)) In general, the room was a comfortable stay. They provided water and slippers to wear. Heater was good in the cold.

Cons:

The bathroom, in particular the toilet/shower was quite smelly. The sink would get very blocked as well. If you stay for a short while it's fine though.

Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement placé pour ce déplacer à métro.
Le temple des Lamas et de Conficius sont à 15 min à pied.
La chambre est propre
Le personnel est très agréable et bilingue anglais.
La machine est café est en libre service jusqu’à 10h du soir

Cons:

Nous entendions tout et il y avait pas de pression dans la douche.
