Nada!!! Pésimo servicio, nos cambiaron tres veces de habitación por ruido excesivo. No tuvieron en cuenta nuestra observación de piso alto.

Cons:

Todo pésimo!!! Pero lo peor fue la pésima atención de la señora manager. Una total grosera, altiva y despectiva con nosotros como clientes. Ese lugar es ruidoso por la discoteca que está atrás y el ruido es exagerado. Pero, la manager… es una señora muy grosera, muy altiva y con pésimo servicio al cliente. Solo podemos destacar la ayuda del señor Rubén y del joven que es francés. Pero… de resto!!! Pésimo. No hay microondas, no hay una mesa para escribir, no hay sillas para sentarse. La cafetera es diminuta… sobrevalorado el lugar. No dicen que hay que dejar un depósito de 200 dólares, dicen que los devuelven al uno irse… pero no es así. De igual manera nadie entrega las habitaciones ni tampoco las reciben. Todo un total fiasco.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, ya que está muy cerca de la avenida Collins y de la playa.
Valoro mucho que hayan incluido sombrillas, reposeras y toallas en la playa

Cons:

Solo faltaría agregar un poco de superficie de apoyo en el baño, algún estante y mas percheros

Cons:

Service desk usually unmanned. You had to pay for coffee pods for your room. No toiletries items at desk when requested (e.g. toothbrush). Could not see out of any windows, they were filthy. The on-site snack area opens late in the morning. Pretty much a self-service hotel. Underwhelming...

The value of the hotel is great and the location is great. If you’re on a budget, this is a good choice for you.
Pros:

The beds were one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The location was really good and close to everything.

Cons:

The hotel is under a lot of renovation and the hotel rooms could’ve been scrutinized a bit more as some we’re just not ready for renting. The rooms are also very basic with no technical extras. Make sure to bring your own chargers as there’s nothing there to charge any of your device.

I would definitely recommend this hotel if your budget as the rooms were very clean and very comfortable beds
Pros:

The location is very good. The rooms are very standard with not much in the way of amenities. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.

Cons:

The room could have used a plug-in for phones. There is no adapters nowhere to plug phones in.
