Smell in the room
They took 500 rs advance and informed me only then the room' will be blocked and I received a message saying the booking is cancelled. After reaching the hotel I was informed that the room I booked is not available to call fab hotel customer care why should I be roaming like this. It's waste of time.
The location was pretty accessible
The amenities provided in the room were pretty insufficient. They had a kettle but no coffeee or tea powders. There was no towel when I checked in. There was no iron, the toilet was almost broken and the restaurant was serving food which had sugar in almost anything they served. The rooom boys did not accept the tips along with the food bill and they had to be paid separately. This is because they did not get the tips which was added to the food bill. Good experience but a lot of scope for improvement interms of what they offered in the room Out of box.

I booked for double occupancy for two persons.
Which we checked in we checked in two different room as single oocupancy in sa. E tariif. For one person only they given break fast. Not fair, one additional room booked, hotel earned more, still they didn't offered breakfast
