Great location, practical place to be in when you're in a trip that you have to run around.
Pros:

Room is clean, toilet is spacious, AC is working well, the room is also quiet.

Cons:

The toilet is too spacious, as in the efficiency per area is low.

The standout aspect of our stay was the team at the hotel. They were consistently friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help, and they handled our feedback about the room in a very professional way. Even when an issue arose that couldn’t be fixed immediately, they followed up, offered solutions and ultimately upgraded us and extended our stay, which left us with a very good impression of their commitment to guest experience. The main room we stayed in did have some issues (including dust and an unpleasant smell one night), but the staff responded constructively after we raised this with them. The upgraded suite was particularly comfortable and well laid out for two adults and two children, with a design that felt both practical and thoughtfully done. Overall, the facilities and interior design made the hotel feel welcoming and modern, and once we moved to the suite, the space was exactly what we needed as a family.
