Central hotel with fair comfort and good prices
Pros:

The location of the property was great in a very central, cozy, lively neighbourhood. The room and hotel are okay for the price you pay, and clean.

Cons:

The hotel offers no drinking water, and while they have a vending machine you pay different prices than the ones announced. A small water bottle was marked as 50 cents, but we paid 1,5 euros. There is no personnel you can talk to in the hotel, and everything is a bit low effort. Still fair price and meeting cleanliness expectations.

Amazing location and lovely end to our stay in Greece before flying home to Australia
Pros:

Room size was good for 3 adults. We had the quadruple room. Very clean room and building. Easy check in process with instructions sent the day before we checked in and password for the key lockers sent on the morning of our arrival. Location was close to many sights.

Lugar perfecto y tranquilo para descansar en Atenas
Pros:

Es un alojamiento que está bastante nuevo y bien cuidado, céntrico y que te puedes mover andando por Atenas. Tuve un par de dudas y através de booking, el propietario me respondió muy rápido. La verdad es que me quedé encantado y encima pude dejar las maletas en el alojamiento el último día mientras visitaba Atenas (mi vuelo salió tarde) ¡Volveré!

Cons:

Alguien consiguió mis datos de reserva e intentó que la pagara por adelantdo y fuera de booking. Pero contacté con el alojamiento y me dijeron que era un fraude.

Ein ruhiges Haus mit privatem Charakter. Gut eingerichtet, sauber.

Cons:

Die Lage etwas Abseits trägt zu viel Auf- und Ablaufen bei, besonders abends alleine nicht immer einfach. Dafür ist es aber sehr ruhig gelegen.

Exactly as advertised, check-in could be more clear.

Nice atmosphere, clean, good looking.
Exactly as on the photo's, no surprises.

Cons:

Check-in could be better: photo's were sent as instruction. But it was unclear the photo's needed to be opened (tab on the photos) in order to be able to see the text description. Just from the 'thumbnail' photo there is no text visible, like the door code etc. We therefore had to wait unnecessary in burning heat in front of the main door.
It would help to not only send the photo's but also a written text message with instructions. In that way the key codes could be more easily and clearly retrieved.

Long weekend in July
Pros:

The room was in a very unique property, less than 10 minutes walking from Thisseio metro station. It was spotless clean and with well functioning air-condition. The mattresses were comfortably firm, which was perfect for us. No noise in the evening, despite the very central location. We will definitely go back.

Le lieux très beau

Cons:

Comme il n'y a pas de personnel sur place, certaines personnes font du bruit, jusqu'à 1h du matin. Peut être serait il bien de préciser qu'il faut respecter le sommeil des voisins de chambres bien qu'il y a des espaces collectifs car c'est mal isolé
