Pros:

Superbe immeuble et tres belles chambres. Personnel en ligne tres réactif, et garde de baggage en prime. La rue est calme et le quartier charmant.

Cons:

Les murs sont fins, on entends beaucoup les voisins de chambre. Fumer est autorisé devant les chambre, dans un patio peu aéré. Le check in etc est uniquement en ligne par tchat (tres réactif et serviable néanmoins).

In pochi passi sei nel cuore di Atene. Self check-in comodo e veloce. Per qualsiasi richiesta l'host mi ha mandato tutte le info in poco tempo. Davvero perfetto!

Pros:

Siamo tornati in questa struttura a distanza di una settimana dall'ultima volta, dopo aver visitato un'isola delle Cicladi. Questa volta c'è stata assegnata una stanza al piano superiore, più bella e più luminosa di quella precedente! La camera era leggermente più piccola, ma il bagno era molto più grande e moderno. Inoltre, la pulizia mi è sembrata migliore rispetto alla prima volta.
In ogni caso, consiglio assolutamente questa struttura se si vuole visitare Atene, perché la posizione è comodissima e anche lo staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile :)
Inoltre, per la posizione e le dimensioni della stanza il prezzo è molto buono!

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato qui due giorni, la stanza che ci è stata assegnata era spaziosa e anche il bagno aveva tutti i servizi necessari. Inoltre, è presente l'aria condizionata (essenziale in estate ad Atene). Lo staff è sempre stato molto disponibile e il self-check in è stato molto semplice da effettuare. La struttura ha un cortile interno dove è anche presente una macchinetta contenente acqua e snak (molto comoda).
La posizione è eccellente! Vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni di Atene, noi in tre giorni non abbiamo mai usato i mezzi se non per arrivare in aereoporto. Tra l'altro la fermata della metro è a 5 minuti a piedi ed è la linea che porta sia all'aereoporto che al porto Pireo, comodissima!

Cons:

Essendo al piano di sotto e in un angolo del cortile interno con poca luce, la nostra stanza era poco illuminata ed un pò umida.
Anche la pulizia potrebbe essere migliorabile!

Great stay in the Athens centre
Pros:

The location is impeccable, super close to Acropolis but quite. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good decoration and also you can enjoy a common terrace and a small table outside the room. Clean, easy check in and check out. It was a pleasant stay and I highly recommend it

Cons:

The only thing to consider is the lack of the elevator

Cute, private and open-air courtyard that offers security.
Pros:

Location was great, 14-minute walk to Monastiraki Square, and about 7 minutes to the metro Blue line. Also, there was a bakery about 2 blocks away with delicious pastries and sandwiches. The A/C worked great, it was quiet and felt safe.

We were also able to arrange to drop our luggage in a locked closet as we had to depart our cruise ship by 8am and check in wasn't until 3pm.

Cons:

The mattresses were SO hard! It was also difficult to get our luggage up and down the stairs. There was a lift, but the entrance was blocked by what looked like laundry. I inquired about it and they informed me it was a luggage lift, but they did not respond to my request on how to use it.

Ottima soluzione in un punto centrale della città
Pros:

Posizione centrale, stanza nuova comoda e pulitissima, fornita di moltissimi servizi ( frigo, stoviglie, cassaforte) in un contesto residenziale tranquillo e a pochi minuti dalle attrazioni principali.

Cons:

Al piano terra è un po' buia ma questo la rende fresca

Quartier très agréable, au calme mais proche de l’Acropole, des restaurants et de la station de métro Thissio .

Cons:

Les chambres au rez de chaussée sont très sombres.
La clim dans la chambre ne fonctionnait.

La ubicación es ideal y el alojamiento tiene una terraza en la parte alta muy agradable para la noche, está decorado con gusto y cuidado.

Cons:

EL check out decía que el personal llegaría un poco después de las 11.00; sin embargo, nos despertaron mucho antes y al estar al lado del armario de lencería ya no pudimos dormir.
