The rooftop terrace

Cons:

Our room on the ground floor had direct access to the street outside via 3 windows that were not secure. I didn't feel all that safe sleeping there with people walking past. I had to close all the windows and use air con. We booked 2 rooms as a family but the rooms were on different levels of the property which was slightly inconvenient for us. I wish the staff had let me know beforehand so I could have changed the booking so we had rooms on the same level. The location is okay, close 5 min walk to restaurants and supermarket but the area is a little dodgy.

Great location, super friendly host. Very uncomplicated!
Pros:

Our host was replying super fast and was super kind and helpful. The location is super good as well. It’s a very short walk from there to the Agora and some nice restaurants were close as well.

Cons:

It wasn’t possible to choose between a double or twin bed and the beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Poc pràctic, absencia de manteniment. Molt ben situat i ben decorat i bon servei de neteja
Pros:

La situació ben aprop de l'Acropolis i tota la zona turística d'Atenes. La comunicació amb l'equip de gestió, tot i que personalment no els veus mai, contesten ràpid els missatges.
El personal de neteja amable i disposat per donar un cop de mà.

Cons:

És un allotjament on la prioritat és la decoració, però falten molts detalls per que sigui còmode. Per exemple a l'habitació 2 no hi ha cap cadira, si vols seure ho has de fer al llit. Tampoc hi ha cap taula. En canvi dins l armari hi ha una caixa forta que no es pot utilitzar i que ocupa un espai que fa que no puguis penjar roba una mica llarga. Sembla que l'equip de gestió no es molesten en revisar i fer manteniment. Falten bateries a l aire condicionat, al rellotge de paret que està aturat... El assecador es sobreescalfa i em diuen que me l canviaran a primera hora. Ho fan a les 11a m! El sistema d obertura de les 3 finestres està trencat, com ja ha dit un altre client. Tampoc hi ha un suport per penjar el paper al w.c., suposo que no es estètic. I com a últim no es un hotel pero tampoc un estudi perquè aleshores hauria d estar molt més equipat. Hi ha un bullidor d aigua i res més.
I les escales, hi ha montecargues però no ascensor pels clients
La màquina expenedora cal omplir la de begudes...i de canvi. No em va tornar 4 euros.
El preu correspon a un allotjament superior, no al que ofereixen.

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft!
Pros:

Sehr ruhige und perfekt Lage. Alles zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar.
Es war ausgezeichnet, wir durften früher einchecken, weil die Dame bereits mit unseren Zimmern fertig war.
Check in war unkompliziert.
Würden wieder kommen!
