Me gustó la amabilidad en la atención, su ubicación y el buen balance de precio y lo que se ofrece. También destaco la limpieza.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó es que en mi pieza había un fuerte olor a desinfectante, principalmente en el baño y desde el WC había una pérdida de agua permanente que provocaba un ruido molesto en todo momento pero especialmente en la noche.

El último dia tuve un cambio de habitación que no tenía ni el olor ni el problema del WC.

El desayuno era muy completo, el personal del hotel de alto profesionalismo, la oferta y elaboración de las comidas del restaurante, en una escala de 1 al 10 siendo 10 la puntuación máxima es un 7, Y el Hotel en general, su relación precio calidad está un tanto elevado el valor de la estadía por el servicio ofrecido.

Cons:

La coordinación de la comunicación con el huésped, por ejemplo:si dicen le avisamos por whatsapp cuando esté la habitación disponible, esa comunicación debe ocurrir, de otra forma no deberían ofrecer esta vía de comunicación.
Los pasillos de los pisos son muy calurosos, las alfombras están sucias, en la habitación no habia elementos de higiene para 2 apesar de ser 2, cuando te bañas el baño se muja todo, es insuficiente lo que ofrecen para secarlo, esto solo por mencionar algunas cosas
