Pros:

Highly recommend, I love staying here. Nice rooms, comfy beds, fridge, microwave and private bathroom. Great location, close to Brickell, Calle 8 little Havana and few mil from the beach.

Beautiful home convenient location. Safe and secure
Pros:

Very clean and quiet neighborhood the house was clean and quiet. I loved having access to my own bathroom. The room decor was nice. I was happy that a fridge and microwave were in the room. I felt safe and secure as I was traveling alone. And for the price its a good deal especially for just one night to go to port next morning. I would recommend and stay again.

Cons:

I cant say I found anything about the property that I did not like. I read a review that said the host did not speak English and I did not find communication to be an issue even though her English was limited. I was able to understand completely.

Perfekte Unterkunft in Little Havana
Pros:

Die Unterkunft selbst war schön, sehr sauber, hatte eine perfekte Lage, in der Straße konnte man gebührenfrei parken. Fussläufig war sie nicht weit von Calle Occho, auch ein Publix Supermarket war in der Nähe und ein Presidente Supermarket mit einem Imbiss mit authentischen kubanischen Speisen und exzellentem Café cubano!

Cons:

Das Bett hat eine Breite von 140cm. Für uns war es in Ordnung, für große Personen könnte es eventuell eng werden 😊

Todo estuvo perfecto. Me encanto el lugar lo accesible, lo tranquilo. Lo autónomo y sencillo de acceder. La limpieza de lo mejor todo limpio pulcro buen olor. Tuve todo lo necesario horno nevera hervidora. Fue genial lo máximo muy muy recomendado. Volveré

The room was clean and the owner is really nice

Cons:

The location is a bit far from the center but there are still buses and if you have a car you can park in the street for free.
The neighborhood doesn't seem the safest in Miami but we didn't have any issues.

Good Day Bad Day

The room was very clean and nice and peaceful

Cons:

Well on my first was quiet which was ok but I second was horrible noisy I couldn't sleep good I had to get up like 4 something that morning so I can be able to make it to the airport to catch my flight back to New Orleans and the person made it seems like I was lying but I had explained why I was coming there and told them that I had a early flight the next day which was Tuesday morning at 4 something because I flight was leaving at 6:05am and I had to be at the airport early to check in..
