Pros:

Tolles Personal, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Essen hervorragend. Saunalandschaft toll. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Recht nah an der Seilbahn Spieljoch.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber vollkommen ausreichend.

Wir hatten das falsche Zimmer gebucht. Aufwertung war absolut kein Problem und ging sofort reibungslos. An dieser Stelle danke nochmal Matthias. Das ganze Personal war super freundlich, das Essen und die Zimmer top. Auch der Wellnessbereich war super. Kommen gerne wieder

Auch die Ausstattung für due Ski top: jedes Zimmer hat eine Skischrank mit Heiz Möglichkeit .

Cons:

Jammern auf Hohen Niveau: Zimmer sind jetzt nicht mehr die modernsten, aber sauber und es geht alles!

Super entspannt und keine Wünsche offen — kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Hervorragendes Essen vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Großer Wellnessbereich, aufgeteilt in den etwas älteren „klassischen“ SPA und den modernen und sehr schönen Atrium Spa. Dadurch hatte man nie das Gefühl dass es überlaufen wäre. Für jeden der richtige Spot dabei.

Cons:

Minimale Optimierung: leise Musik in den Ruhebereichen im SPA wäre entspannend und würde die Atmosphäre noch verbessern. Außerdem würde es den ein oder anderen lauten Gast etwas übertönen.
Wenn der Außenpool etwas wärmer wäre im Winter, würde er noch mehr genutzt werden.
