Perfect location, very quiet, large studio room with everything you need
Pros:

This is fairly basic hotel - think Premier Inn etc, BUT from check in to departure there was a personal touch and a feeling that you were getting more than you expected.
We were due to take the train from Austria to Ljubljana, so this was to be a simple overnight stop. Location to the station and the town itself was perfect.
Our room was very quiet which is really important to me.
The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious. Very impressed and would stay here again.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better BUT I reminded myself, think Premier Inn and then realised this was better than a Premier Inn breakfast

Super! Echt een aanrader!
Pros:

De ligging is heel centraal en makkelijk te bereiken met de auto. Je loopt zo het centrum in. Fijn dat de parkeergarage onder het hotel zit.

Lage sehr gut beim Bahnhof, Rezeptionistin sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Zimmer schön groß und sauber

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wird das schmutzige Geschirr konsequent nicht abgeräumt. Fehlende Trittschalldämmung zumindest zwischen 5./6. Stock, jeder Schritt von oben ist teilweise laut zu hören.

Pros:

Villach Erlebnis card was included and allowed you to travel in S-bahns for free. Microwave and safety deposit box were nice additions. You could even cook meals.

Tutto bene, peccato per i cuscini: portatevi il vostro da casa
Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, praticamente di fronte alla stazione centrale di Villach e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro.

La camera era carina, pulita e dotata anche di una piccola cucina, molto comoda. Da segnalare che, durante il soggiorno, la pulizia della camera va richiesta ogni mattina.

Comodo anche il parcheggio sotterraneo, disponibile tramite l’hotel alla tariffa agevolata di 16 € per 24 ore.

Cons:

Due aspetti negativi hanno inciso sulla mia valutazione. Il primo riguarda i cuscini: quelli presenti in camera erano estremamente morbidi e, chiedendo alla reception un cuscino più rigido, mi è stato risposto che l’hotel disponeva soltanto di quella tipologia.

Non essendo riuscito praticamente a dormire durante la prima notte, il giorno successivo sono stato costretto ad acquistare personalmente dei cuscini in un negozio vicino. Un hotel, a mio avviso, dovrebbe poter offrire almeno un’alternativa tra cuscini morbidi e più sostenuti, considerando le differenti esigenze degli ospiti.

Altro aspetto che considero negativo è che durante la notte la reception è chiusa. È una limitazione da tenere presente, soprattutto nel caso in cui un ospite abbia necessità di assistenza nelle ore notturne.
