Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft. Die wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Anlage hat uns enorm gefallen. Das moderne, zeitlose Design und die sehr ruhige Atmosphäre hat uns sehr zugesagt. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen.
Die Zimmer entsprechen genau den Fotos – sie sind grosszügig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war stets tadellos. Ein besonderes Highlight waren für uns der private Pool sowie die grosse Doppeldusche, die den Aufenthalt noch exklusiver gemacht haben.
Auch das gesamte Personal hat uns begeistert: Alle waren ausserordentlich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das servierte Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein Genuss – man fühlt sich rundum verwöhnt.
Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die perfekte Kombination aus exzellentem Service, der wunderschönen Anlage und der entspannten Atmosphäre. Hier stimmt einfach alles: die Zimmer, die Sauberkeit, das Personal, die Lage und das gesamte Ambiente.
Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und können das Tetra Retreat Resort von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Einige kleine Sachen sind verbesserungswürdig. Zum Beispiel hatte es beim Waschtisch keine Haken oder Stangen um die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Zudem konnte man den Kleiderschrank schlecht öffnen, weil kein Griff vorhanden war. Man musst an den "Dekorationsrillen" ziehen, aber weil diese zu wenig hervorstanden, rutschte man mit den Fingern ab. Beim Privatpool wäre es schön, wenn die Trennwand zum Nachbarpool etwas höher wäre, damit mehr Privatsphäre vorhanden ist. Aber wie erwähnt, nur Kleinigkeiten. Der Rest ist SUPER!!

Pros:

Ez a hely egyszerűen tökéletes. A kiszolgálás osztályon felüli! Mosolygós arcú, intelligens személyzet, a bár, a reggeli extra színvonalú. A szobák, az épület a legmagasabb műszaki színvonalon készültek el. A medencével rendelkező appartman zseniális. A kertben mindenhol kellemes zene szól, a kert gyönyörű!!!
A helyszínen lehet autót bérelni.
