Un très bel établissement avec de très belles prestations.
Un accueil très sympathique et professionnel.

Cons:

Ce n’est pas un hôtel, plus une résidence avec une conciergerie.
Pas de bar, ni de petits déjeuners, l’accès se fait en descendant comme dans une cave, aucune lumière naturelle dans les parties communes.
C’est bizarre, même si celles-ci sont très belles.
On y dort très bien, mais il n’y a aucune ambiance, c’est dommage notamment parce que ce n’est pas précisé.

Exceptional location and excellent people!
Pros:

Great location but for Siena not easy to get to on foot …it’s hilly! Giulia was exceptional in helping with arrival and restaurant choice….Room was comfortable and spacious

Cons:

Not much…. Getting to the hotel isn’t that easy as we had a car and luggage but the hotel helped ..very close to il campo!

Perfect place to stay. So beautiful and the staff was wonderful.
Pros:

The property was absolutely stunning and in an amazing location. Giulia was wonderful. She was so kind, helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend anyone coming to Siena to stay here.

Pros:

Absolute best customer service experience. Even though the location is perfect (11/10), the customer service made the experience and stay top notch. So helpful with everything and even had fresh flowers in our room everyday. There is fresh fruit and refreshments in the lobby available at all times. The rooms were also impeccably clean.
