Was fine for the one night
Pros:

Location, one street away from ocean drive and the beach.

Cons:

Needs a good cleaning and some tlc, we had 3 rooms total for everyone we traveled with. One room had a broken bathroom shower head , another room had a broken drawer. All three rooms were not cleaned very well and the whole place was dated .

Posizione ideale per Miami Beach
Pros:

Posizione ottima!! Appartamento pulito. Dotato di tutto anche ferro da stiro !

Cons:

Purtroppo molto piccolo tanto che non c’è un armadio o un posto per la valigia che dovevo tenere in mezzo alla camera. Per pochi giorni va bene

Excelente predisposición
Pros:

Sólo pasamos una noche por que teníamos una escala de horas en la ciudad de Miami. Nuestro vuelo llegó demorado y accedimos al hotel muy tarde en la noche. Al día siguiente el check out era 11 am. Y pregunté si era posible salir un poco más tarde teniendo en cuenta el altercado. Y quiero destacar la excelente predisposición del personal ya que accedieron a mi petición muy amablemente. Mostrando una enorme empatía de lo cual estoy agradecida.
Además, en el momento que reservé la noche de hotel me enviaron las indicaciones de la llegada, con la clave de wifi y fue muy fácil entrar a la propiedad. La misma se encontraba limpia, con toallas y aire acondicionado prendido. En fin, una grata experiencia con ustedes.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Excelente ubicación tiene un CVS a dos calles igual la playa, transporte publico a escasos metros y muchos restaurantes y bares muy cerca y con suficientes utensilios para hacer una comida rápida y ahorrar unos dólares

Cons:

el único inconveniente fue que realizaron trabajos dos días hasta horas de la madrugada lo reporte y dejaron de trabajar a esas horas del resto fue excelente

Correct, clean on a very good location
Pros:

The check-in process went smoothly. The two codes, 1 for the main entrance and 1 for the room door were sent to my email address well in advance. Everything went perfectly, no problems, zero stress!! The room and bathroom were very clean and hygienically cleaned.

Cons:

If I could give any advice, I would suggest adding a little more decoration to the walls, for example, and installing a new (small) kitchenette (2 hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, and!! a sink!!).

Dringend laagje verf nodig ( muren en deuren waren vuil ) en hier en daar iets vastzetten of repareren ( douchesproeier, deurknop). Het ruikt muf en het is er vochtig en A/C blaast recht in he gezicht in bed …
