Pros:

Fantastic staff — everyone was extremely helpful. The room was very nice. Very close to a major road for shopping and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet.

Average night stay in LHR great for shopping 🛍️
Pros:

Stayed at Faletti’s Grand on MM Alam Road and overall it was an average experience. The biggest plus is definitely the location—perfect if you want to be close to shops, restaurants, and the main buzz of Lahore.

For UK guests, it’s probably best compared to a Premier Inn—functional and decent enough for a short stay, but nothing particularly special or memorable.

The staff were friendly and polite, which was appreciated and probably the highlight of the stay.

Cons:

However, there were a few downsides. There was building work going on during my visit, which was quite disruptive at times and took away from the overall experience. The breakfast was also very basic, with limited variety.
The Lahore tourist attractions are about 30-40mins away from this location.

Overall, it’s okay if you just need a convenient place to stay, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to book again.

good hotel in the heart of lahore, dinning, shopping etc.
Pros:

nice hotel in the heart of lahore - lots of shopping , dinning options - lively neighbour hood . all in all a good experience. room was well kept , well maintained - staff was attentive , reception, housekeeping , restaurant staff at breakfast was very attentive and cooperative.
