Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would gladly recommend this hotel.

My son and I stayed for four days at Faletti’s Grand Hotel in Lahore, and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The staff were extremely courteous, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. We stayed in an executive room, which was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

Room service was efficient throughout our stay. We also used the laundry service, and it was completed within just a few hours at a very reasonable price.

Since we stayed during Ramadan, the hotel provided a thoughtful service by preparing and delivering custom-ordered Sahur directly to our room, which was very convenient.

Another great benefit was the complimentary airport pickup and drop-off service provided by the hotel, which made our travel logistics much easier.

I would also like to mention the hotel’s 24/7 watchman, who was very polite, humble, and welcoming every time we entered or left the property. His professionalism added a very positive touch to the overall stay.

Pros:

This was our second time at Faletti's Grand hotel. We had an excellent stay. We got picked up from the airport. Check in was very smooth and the room was really nice and clean. All the staff made us feel really comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was really good everyday. The breakfast staff Aqib really took care of us and provided us with whatever we needed. Brother Wali at reception from the night staff checked us in really quick and also made us feel really comfortable. He made sure the breakfast was ready on time everyday. Khadija from reception looked after us and helped us with anything we needed. She went out of her way to help us and guide us. Brother Saif was always there to help us and look out for us. They made us feel really comfortable and welcome. We were sad to leave. We would love to return in the future.

Cons:

The toilet space was too tight and the taps were sticking out, making it difficult to use the toilet. Also the toilet door needs a hook to hang clothes on. The towels and bedsheets need to be upgraded.

A disappointment stat due to poor cleanliness and misleading reviews.

Other reviews seem misleading. The rooms were messy, carpets very dirty, and bathrooms poorly cleaned. Blankets and water pipes also looked unhygienic. I don’t understand the high rating. We booked two rooms but stayed only one night and moved to another hotel. Money wasted. I also told reception that the reviews are not accurate.

Cons:

The service was very poor. Once u order a meal it took 1 hr for the order to come
Guests were noisy and the hotel didn't get things resolved. Cleaners were making noise. There was one or two irons in the whole hotel. They need to improve dramatically to get things right in this hotel
