We will not be returning. Very disappointing.
Pros:

It was close to food/ gas/ activities. The gentleman at the front desk was nice that checked us in. They offered free coffee.

Cons:

The room was dirty when we first got there. There was chicken on the floor, the bed linen was dirty, the microwave was dirty. There was hair in the microwave, shower, and toilet. We were told there was no housekeeper onsite so we had to clean the room, vacuum the floor, and change the bed ourselves. The fridge was also leaking water. We were told there was no other room for us to switch to. The room smelled like chicken/ food. It was obvious it was not cleaned.

Cons:

There were roaches crawling on the floor in the lobby there was a horrible smell. The front desk lady was rude, once we looked down an saw the roaches we decided against staying there.

Friendly and helpful.

Easy in , easy out
Morgan Thomas, front desk manager was great. We came in early and she upgraded us to a room that was ready and comfortable.

Cons:

N/a
A complimentary breakfast would have been nice but, the complimentary coffee was good instead. This was our 1st stay in your hotel and we’ll be back.

Honestly pretty good, just a few minor things.
Pros:

Staff were very nice. Room was clean, but had some issues. Looked like possible renovations that weren’t finished.

Cons:

The tv didn’t work at all, there was a gap underneath the dishwasher where the baseboard had fallen off, and we were missing a couple towels. Overall not bad.
