Friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Easy in , easy out
Morgan Thomas, front desk manager was great. We came in early and she upgraded us to a room that was ready and comfortable.

Cons:

N/a
A complimentary breakfast would have been nice but, the complimentary coffee was good instead. This was our 1st stay in your hotel and we’ll be back.

Honestly pretty good, just a few minor things.
Pros:

Staff were very nice. Room was clean, but had some issues. Looked like possible renovations that weren’t finished.

Cons:

The tv didn’t work at all, there was a gap underneath the dishwasher where the baseboard had fallen off, and we were missing a couple towels. Overall not bad.

Things needed correcting
Pros:

Nice fridge, bed nice,

Cons:

Dust on top of the cabinets and fridge, TV mounted crooked, bath stool broken, pan dirty, dishwasher didn't dry. One clerk was rude when I pointed out a strange gathering in the laundry room preventing me from going in there. Phone didn't call front desk.
