The room was quiet and modern and the check in was easy and quick. Breakfast was offered the next day. Two lifts were available to use. The location was across a road and a bridge from the Cairo Railway Station, which is why I needed a room close by.
The wifi did not connect when I was there and the door handle to get in your room was in need of adjusting. The shower was good but with no curtain you easily got water wetting the floor.

location good but too much noise. I asked the reception to give me a backside room he said ok but ignored. Thats Egypt style . The rooms are good big.
The Entrance is so dirty ! Why you not make a clean entrance and a nice name with lights there. The entrance must be cared. Some hours hot water was not available. The breakfast can be more fresh. Some items from yesterday you can feel it.
- Hotel gave me an early check-in on Day 1. Staff member Mr. Carlos and one more person managing the reception in the morning made me feel at home.
- Hotel Staff members I met during my daily breakfast visits to the Restaurant were very courteous.
- Also a big Thank you to the Manager Mr. Boris who got the housekeeping job finally every time I escalated to him.
Day - 1 - House keeping was non responsive. Inspite of requesting for an extra towel and some drinking water, they did not bother to send it for a long time till I was forced to go to the reception and complain. Even after that there was a delay in sending the same. The reception person Mr Islam tells me with a rude attitude that "you need to inform the reception every morning that housekeeping needs to clean my room"....
Day 2 - House keeping did not clean my room. At 5.30pm when I returned to the hotel, I was again forced to go to the reception to request them to send housekeeping to clean the room. Mr Islam behaved as if he is doing me a favour by telling me that he will send someone from housekeeping to clean the room. Also the height of lousy customer engagement was that he tells me that its better to inform the reception every morning to clean the room. It cant get more ridiculous than this. After waiting for quite sometime, I was again forced to go to the reception and meet the Hotel Manager Mr Boris who assured me that he will the cleaned. Waited for some more time and that's when I get get a call from the reception asking if someone from housekeeping visited to clean the room. I said No. After further waiting housekeeping finally turned up to clean the room at 6.20pm.
Day 3 - All goes well on 3rd day. Housekeeping cleaned my room after I informed the reception to clean my room.
Day 4- Informed the reception to get housekeeping to clean my room. Same story....I return in the evening and find my room is again not cleaned by housekeeping. I inform the receptionist Mr Islam and he tells me with attitude that "the housekeeping staff was busy since they had to clean up 100 rooms during the day".....hence my room was not cleaned.
I again had to escalate to the manager Mr Boris.
Day 5 - Today housekeeping cleaned my room. However when I entered my room in the evening, there was no towel and drinking water in my room.
اقمت مع عائلتي ٦ ايام كان فندق لطيف هادء و نظيف ممتاز جيد للعائلات. خدمة ممتازة استقبال رائع الموظفين جميعا كانو متعاونين. انصح به بشدة الافطار متنوع نظيف شهي. اشكر العم عبدو على الابتسامة الرائعة والعامل الذي نظف ورتب الغرف كل يوم. قمه في الاحترام والذوق. سوف اتي الى نفس الفندق في المرة الثانية.
المصعد. لم يكن يعمل في بعض الاحيان. لكن كل شي على مايرام
