Pros:

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. It is a very nice hotel, located in a very convenient area, relatively close to the city center, with easy access to the airport, the Nile, and several other attractions.
As soon as you enter the hotel, there is a very nice reception area that gives a good first impression. The hotel also has a restaurant on the ninth floor, open 24 hours a day, with a view of the city.
When I entered my room, the first thing I noticed was the smell of cleanliness. That was very important to me and made me feel comfortable right away.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and I was very satisfied with my experience.

Cons:

What I did not like was the note stating that the hotel is not responsible for theft, break-ins, or for any personal belongings that may go missing. I understand that hotels may have such policies, but in this case it created a feeling of insecurity rather than reassurance.
There was a safe box available, but it was very small. It could only fit very basic personal items, such as a small camera, a wallet, a few pieces of jewellery, or a watch. It was not suitable for larger valuable items, such as a laptop or a bag.
Since I could not carry my laptop and bag with me every day, I had to leave them at the reception. This was not very convenient and, combined with the note about the hotel not being responsible for missing belongings, it made me feel less secure about leaving my personal items behind.
I also did not find the pillows very comfortable. They were quite large and hard for my personal preference. Of course, this is a subjective point, as other guests may feel differently, but for me it affected the overall comfort of my sleep
