Staff were so welcoming, the breakfast was great quality, and the hotel itself was extremely clean and inviting. The view from the room was lovely to wake up to, and it was just around the corner from all amenities
The spa was full of children in the pool, which took away the relaxing aspect. There were a lot of building works around the hotel, but it didn't impact the stay. Just made taxis take slightly longer
We are having a wonderful stay at Verdi Hotel. Restaurant Manager Caya is truly amazing. She treated us so kindly and surprised us with a beautiful cake on our marriage anniversary. She really made our day and made us feel very special.
All the staff members, especially Mansami, Dipali, and Maite, are very friendly, caring, and professional. They always greet us with a smile and make sure we are comfortable.
Even the Front Desk staffs Keshar and Maureen are really nice. They are always ready to help with anything and makes everything easy for us.
This is our third day at Verdi Hotel, and still everything feels fresh and special. The service is truly 5-star level. Every staff member here is a hero. Highly satisfied and highly recommended!

The rooms could improve on heating and cooling systems over time. It could be a future investment.

Description mensongère, l’hôtel n’a pas de piscine il faut aller a l’hôtel à coter , traverser la rue, pour rejoindre les piscines… et le jacuzzi fonctionne un coup sur deux !!
Et attention la piscine autorisé aux enfants jusqu’à 17h !!!
Lors de la réservation c’est nullement écris !!!
Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas ! On a passer la semaine avec un radiateur d’appoint !!!
