ZARIA Hotel & Retreat Center

La zona de la piscina, aunque con muy buenas vistas estaba algo descuidada, nos dieron que estaban trabajando en ello. La carretera para llegar está en mal estado, recomendamos no cogerla por la noche. Tuvimos que avisar para que limpiaran la habitación ya que la primera noche no la limpiaron. Algunos detalles sueltos que se pueden mejorar pero creo que están en ello.

Das Hotel hatte keinen Funktionierende Ersatzstromversorgung. Durch mehrfachen Stromausfall, war die Nacht nicht angenehm. Dadurch das ewig Licht aus war und der Ventilator ohne Funktion war, war die wärme beim schlafen unangenehm. Des weiteren, wenn kein Ventilator funktioniert, hat man auch extreme Probleme mit Moskitos. Man wird regelrecht ausgesaugt. Der Vorhandene Pool war auf dem Dach einen Rohbaus eines weitere Gebäudes. Der Boden war ohne Fliesen, purer Beton und dreckig. Füße sind nach zwei Schritten komplett schwarz. Abstoßend und nicht einladend zum Entspannen. Dachterrasse mit Pool für Kinder komplett ungeeignet. Unsicher. Das Hotel hat potenzial, aber erst bei Fertigstellung. Das einzige was sehr schön ist, ist die Naturerlebnisse und die Lage an einem schönen Strand. Der Strand ist aber nicht zu unterschätzen, denn der kann sehr gefährlich werden. Hier kann man die brutale Gewalt des Meeres erleben. Aber wenn das Meer ruhig ist, kann es ein schönes Stranderlebnis werden. Der allgemeine Aufenthaltsbereich vom Hotel war sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels sollte auch nicht unterschätzt werden. Straßenverhältnisse sind Katastrophal. Keine Apotheke oder Arzt in der nähe. Internet und Mobiles Netz auch nicht vorhanden. Einzige Möglichkeit, wenn Strom vorhanden ist, Internet über Hotel eigenes Internet. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis des Hotels passt absolut nicht. Extrem Überteuert für das was geboten wird.

La piscina era inagibile, sporca da settimane e tutta l'area circostante sporca con bottiglie di vetro e legni, come se fosse abbandonata al decadimento.

Senza vetri o modi per chiusure la finestra, bell'idea peccato che alle 6 del mattino passano a tutta velocita i motorini fuori, e non dormi piu.

Elegí una cama matrimonial, ( y fue dos cama pegadas) por lo que la división de ambas camas molestaba, la piscina hay que darle un mejor mantenimiento y las habitaciones se escucha los sonidos de los vehículos ( por lo que no está tan retirada de la calle).

Someone should have advised us from before that the last part of the road to reach the retreat is totally damaged. You have to drive in this road for 25 minutes and there is a great chance to destroy the car if it is not a 4×4. Also, when I discussed with the staff while being there, they informed me that in case of heavy rain for more that 2-3 days there is a chance of flood in the road that means you stay trapped in the hotel (whatever the cost = in case you have a flight for example). During our stay we had very bad and slow communication with the staff through WhatsApp. Dinner=you have no choice, it is on the chefs appetite. We had lasagna which is a heavy and winter food, while it was fully hot and humid. Room is not clean at all, I found hair in the wall of the bathroom. The swimming pool has amazing view but it seems super dirty, as the area around the swimming pool needs maintenance ASAP. Alive cockroaches in my bed 🤢. Electricity is shutting down all the time! More than 5 times per day (they don't have a generator!!!). During our last night, in the bar of the hotel we met the owner of the hotel along with 2 of his friends and 1-2 people of the staff. They got prepared and went to the swimming pool area to do a ritual-ceremony with some crazy stuff like a frog poison from the Amazon river. They were so excited describing it to us. In this way they prevented us from going to the swimming pool which is a shared space of the hotel that I have paid for. Very amateur behavior.

Hotel is not finished, and for the price paid, it should be in a better situation.
Pool area feels kind of abandoned, with some work it can be amazing, but not now.
Rooms do not have windows.

La strada per arrivare è dissestata, la camera molto basica (non ci sono finestre). Ha potenziale ma la struttura è in costruzione.
