Great location, good value
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location to easily walk to the main Chiang Mai Old Town attractions. Don't be put off by the little lane you travel down to get to it, it's safe and has a few little bars and eateries.

The room was a good size and had plenty of drawers and hanging space for clothes etc. Bed was a little hard but asked for a mattress topper and it was fitted straight away.

Included breakfast was varied and very good.

Cons:

The outside area (garden) is a bit tatty and the pool while nice to have a quick dip on is very small and only has 2 loungers by it.

Pros:

Leaving the place, we checked out immediately after check in since people were smoking in front of our room and there was some strange smell in the room, the view from the room was terrible.

Cons:

It's a low end hotel, people smoking in front of our room door, 2 parking spots for the whole hotel, not a place you can feel relaxed, the view from the room looks out on a garbage yard.

Pros:

地點絕佳，附近有超市，還有非常多美味又平價的餐廳，房間有大電視，而且是Google TV，體驗非常好，尤其是員工部分，我們在地衣天住宿遇到了一些麻煩，員工主動前來幫忙，還幫忙我們打電話給對方，因為我們不會泰文，如果沒有他的幫忙我們真的會束手無策

Cons:

旁邊是一家夜店，到晚上11點開始就會有音樂，實際上是聽不到音樂的聲音，但是那個重低音的節奏，會在夜深人靜的時候顯得非常的清楚，如果是淺眠的人，可能會影響入睡

Good value, Great location and well run
Pros:

Great location, close to everything and yet in a narrow,, quiet street. The room was practical, lots of places to store things.The woman at the front desk was really so good, so efficient and so helpful. The pool was small but I really liked it for a little cool off after a busy day. Breakfast was good too, has a mix of Thai and western which is grreat

Pros:

Place was perfect for our 7 days stay. Walking distances to night markets and free hotel pickup for almost all tours and activities. Staff are very polite , attentive, and accomodating. Had to check-in very late and they waited for us. Their breakfast is great with lots of options to choose from. Room is clean and wifi is fast. Honestly, couldn't ask for anything else.

Cons:

The noise from the nearby clubs. But not sure if because we are in the first floor that the noise isn't that bad.
