Camas cómodas, buffer rico

Cons:

Suciedad en las habitaciones, teníamos un bote de suero vacío y un algodón en el suelo del baño cuando llegamos, y al irnos seguía allí. No limpian ni quitan la bolsa de las papeleras. Nos gustaría más variedad en el buffet. Poca información a la llegada respecto a los servicios del parque (tarjeta de puntos, check out automático, ventajas de alojamiento…)

Lo que más me gustó la piscina del hotel y el tamaño de la habitación. La cama era cómoda.
La estancia no fue mal, está algo alejado del parque tienes una buena caminata y si vas con críos pequeños, intenta alojarte en el gold river, está más cerca del parque. El desayuno muy muy flojo, y de baja calidad.

Cons:

Había ducha y bañera, la ducha ya sabían que la puerta no sellaba y cuando te duchabas se inundaba el baño. No pudimos usarla porque duchándote un minuto tenías todo inundado hasta un nivel increíble. Llamamos para que nos trajeran un cubo y una fregona y estuvimos un rato achicando agua. Los de la habitación de al lado montaban unas fiestas que yo no daba crédito, con niños pequeños de madrugada.. totalmente fuera de lugar.
Si no tienes pensión completa no tienes ninguna otra opción. Está solo pensado claro para que vayas a portaventura y a pensión completa. Hay una cafetería pero ni siquiera tiene cocina!!

Nos encantó todo pero aparte todo pero todo el personal fué super amable tanto en el hotel, restaurant o en el parque.

HOTEL EN DECLIVE Y LEJOS DE PORT AVENTURA

Personal amable en general, sobre todo en el buffet.

Cons:

Este hotel se encuentra bastante lejos de Port aventura. Por lo menos 15 mn y caminando deprisa. Si vais con niños, tened en cuenta que hay que andar bastante. No hay ningún transporte para llegar a Port Aventura desde el hotel. Si os alojáis con niños, como fue mi caso, tened en cuenta que no permiten ni flotador ni pelotas ni nada que se pueda inflar en la piscina. Tampoco te dejan usar gafas de sol a no ser que las tengas atadas. ¡¡Nunca he visto esto!! Estar en una piscina sin gafas de sol es insufrible si tienes los ojos claros. Hace daño. No poder usar ni un triste flotador o pelota para jugar es muy aburrido para los niños. Si escogéis PENSIÓN COMPLETA, que sepáis que NO HAY RESTAURANTES en el hotel para comer a mediodía. Bueno...hay restaurantes y chiringuitos pero están todos CERRADOS. Decisión de dirección, supuestamente. Sólo queda un bar para comer un bocadillo y otro bar/chiringuito en una de las piscinas donde comer comida basura a precio de oro. MUCHA COLA. NORMAL visto que no hay donde comer...POCO PERSONAL. Hay que tener en cuenta que, para comer a mediodía, tienes códigos QR en una app, pero los tienes que gastar en una sola compra. No puedes ir descontando tus compras a medida con el importe que tienes asignado. Tampoco nadie es capaz de decirte qué importe tiene el QR. Total: acabas gastando más de lo que deberías y cogiendo cualquier cosa para gastar sí o sí el importe aunque no quieras. ANIMACIÓN: ¡CERO! la discoteca está cerrada también. No hay ni un espectáculo ni música en vivo ni nada de nada. Un hotel de lo más ABURRIDO. No hay NADA. Ni de día ni de noche. BUFET (DESAYUNO Y CENA): Poco surtido y cada día igual. LIMPIEZA/HABITACIÓN: El tamaño de la habitación es correcto, pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Aparte de la limpieza, se nota que el mantenimiento tanto en las habitaciones como en el hotel en general es una asignatura pendiente. Falta MANTENIMIENTO Y SEGURIDAD. No hay nadie para controlar.

Bon séjour malgré les problèmes de cartes

Les lits, le parc, la piscine

Cons:

Hôtel assez loin du parc de plus les cartes ne marcher pas on a du les refaire 5 fois (vraiment 5 fois sans exagérer) ça marcher pas à la chambre aussi !!!
