Un séjour inspirant, efficace et parfaitement encadré par une équipe aux petits soins.
Pros:

Séjour parfait entre travail et découvertes culturelles (Muraille de Chine, place Tian'anmen). Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, la vue est superbe et l'espace bureau en chambre, extrêmement bien pensé, m'a permis d'être deux fois plus productif. Une expérience inspirante que je recommande vivement. Aucun point négatif !

Amazing property with amazing staff shining out
Pros:

Mr Eric of the concierge was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay, ensuring we were looked after and addressing any of our needs. 10/10 for Eric, who represented the property extremely well when needing help with translations, options and room service. Breakfast was also very solid, with the staff shining out and ensuring our needs and explaining any dishes if needed .

Pros:

My name is Rafael, and I stayed at the hotel for a few days. I would like to say thank you and also recommend the excellent service provided by Amber, who was working at the cocktail bar during the evenings.

She was very attentive to me and my friend, always kind, friendly, and professional. Her attitude really made a difference in our experience, especially after long days when a warm and welcoming service means a lot.

I believe the hotel should truly value professionals like Amber, as they make a big impact on guests’ overall experience.
