Buen hotel pero podría ser mucho mejor
Pros:

La habitación es grande, cómoda. La cama es muy cómoda, lamentable que para el nivel de hotel tenga sábanas de poliéster. Tiene grandes potencialidades.

Aparenta ser más de lo que es.
Las sábanas de la cama son de poliéster, lo que es imperdonable para un hotel con estos precios. La mayoría del personal es amable, salvo algunas personas de recepción, que no son de mucha utilidad y no te hacen sentir bien por hacer preguntas

Le séjour était agréable, le personnel accueillant et professionnel.
Pros:

L’emplacement est top, accessible. Le personnel accueillant et chaleureux depuis le portail de l’hôtel..
La propreté est impeccable. Qualité prix correcte sauf pour la restauration avec un petit déjeuner varié mais un dîner moyen (rapport qualité prix n’est pas très adapté).

Comfortable stay but nothing special. The club floor is not worth the extra
Pros:

Room was excellent.

Cons:

Lack of information about the hotel. I had to find the swimming pool and restaurant for myself
The lifts were HOPELESS - freqently only one operating and a wait of up to 15 minutes at peak times was not unusual. I was staying in the club floor and the club lounge was a public space requiring payment for everything.
