الفندق جميل ونظيف ولكن بعض الموظفين ما تستاهل تكون في هذا الفندق

المكان ممتاز ونظيف

Cons:

خدمة العملاء لم تكن بمستوى الفندق تطلب شي ويتأخر ولما ترجع تكلمهم يرد الموظف بطريقه غير مهذبه ويسكر التلفون في وجهك أنا ما ادري هل هو مسكنني في المكان او ساكن بفلوسي

Hotel fantastico, ma colazione da migliorare
Pros:

La stanza era abbastanza confortevole con una bella vista sulla città. La posizione consente di raggiungere facilmente la medina.

Cons:

La colazione sebbene sia varia e discretamente buona viene servita in uno spazio senza finestre e buio. Peraltro i tavoli non vengono puliti al cambio degli ospiti ed anche le tovagliette erano parecchio sporche e macchiate.

Cons:

Breakfast was same every day. Although there were many choices, for us meals were not delicious. We went every day around 9 to the breakfast area and the chairs and floor were already very dirty. It would be better to have washable placemats, not plastic and not to use same placemats for many customers.

Pros:

Albergo nuovo e moderno, genere luxury business. Stanze grandi, bel bagno con vasca e doccia separate.

Cons:

Posizione leggermente lontana dalla città, di fatto richiede sempre un taxi per muoversi ma occorre aspettare facilmente 15 min per averlo (essendo un albergo grande e relativamente di lusso sarebbe normale avere qualche taxi sempre in attesa)
La colazione è buona (a parte il caffè, che invece in Tunisia in generale è buono) ma la sala colazioni è davvero sacrificata per un albergo del genere, che ha una hall enorme, ampi spazi comuni ecc.

Worth the money and attention
Pros:

Friendly staff, great ambiance, very clean rooms, excellent food and choices of restaurants within the hotel

Cons:

Misleading the title of superior rooms “with lake view” as a corner of the building obstructs the view and only part of the shore of the lake was visible and you pay more for this. Attention to details should be given as certain small things (but important) are overlooked.
