Les prestations de services proposées sont exceptionnelles. J'ai pour habitude de fréquenter des hôtels 5 étoiles, mais pour autant celui ci se situe bien au dessus de ceux que j'ai pu fréquenter. Un immense merci à tout le personnel qui a su ravir mon séjour. Merci a Maître Khaled pour toutes les attentions apportées.

Cons:

J'aurais bien voulu leur trouver des défauts mais je n'en ai relevé aucun après plus de 10 jours passés dans cet hôtel.

Was extra special due to friendly and helpful staff. Yusuf was amazing from the very start,
all great people that go the extra mile, highly recommend this place and definitely will stay there again on another visit

La cama era muy cómoda. Desayuno variado, bastante bueno. La piscina interior, climatizada y grande. Todo muy limpio.

Cons:

En general, el personal era amable pero hubo algunas excepciones como el caso de algunos camareros. En la ducha el agua se salía y llenaba el suelo de agua. La bañera era demasiado alta.
