Mediocre stay, overpriced for what we got.
Pros:

Good location to visit the markets and sites. The staff was great and helped us get a very early morning taxi to the airport.

Cons:

The apartment was a bit more stark and basic than the pictures show. Not a place you’ll hang out, but fine to spend the night. Lots of noise for the street, so bring earplugs.

L'isolation est un véritable défaut.
L'appartement situé au 2nd étage donnait sur une avenue très passante.
Bien que les fenêtres soient du double vitrage nous avons eu l'impression de dormir au milieu de la route. De plus le fait d'être placé en face d'un bar musical ne permet aucun répit. Les gens bavardent, crient, se klaxonnent à toute heure de la nuit. Et les quelques rares moments de "silence" sont agrémentés des basses de la musique du bar.
Pour finir, l'isolation avec les autres appartements n'est pas non plus au rdv! On entend les voisins tousser, tirer la chasse se doucher..

Très bon séjour, je recommande cet établissement !
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique, appartement spacieux, propre, toutes les commodités, supérette à proximité, deux lignes du tramway à 200 mètres.

Cons:

L’insonorisation des chambres côté rue pourrait être revue. Un peu bruyant, c’est une ville vivante, un peu de bruit la nuit, le double vitrage serait bienvenu.
Prévoir également éponge et torchon dans la cuisine si possible.
