Non capisco sinceramente perché ci siano così tante recensioni negative riguardo al personale. Per quanto mi riguarda, ho trovato tutti abbastanza gentili e disponibili, chi più e chi meno, ovviamente, ma nel complesso mi sono trovata bene.
Vorrei soprattutto elogiare la pulizia della struttura e delle camere: tutto è molto curato e pulito, e anche le signore del servizio ai piani sono state davvero carine e gentili. La piscina è semplicemente stupenda e rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
L’unica cosa che migliorerei riguarda il servizio dei camerieri in piscina: spesso bisogna aspettare anche un’ora prima di essere serviti, quindi sarebbe sicuramente utile avere un servizio più presente e far girare maggiormente il personale.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione, invece, davvero nulla da dire: c’è tantissima scelta, veramente di tutto e per tutti i gusti. È stata sicuramente una delle cose che ho apprezzato di più. Purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso del buffet del pranzo e della cena: considerando il prezzo della struttura, ho trovato la scelta piuttosto limitata e, sinceramente, anche la qualità non mi ha soddisfatta particolarmente. A differenza della colazione, che è davvero super, su pranzo e cena secondo me ci sarebbe molto da migliorare. È sicuramente l’aspetto a cui darei il voto più basso.
Ho provato anche il servizio della parrucchiera, che ho trovato ottimo, e la sauna, davvero bellissima.
Nel complesso, comunque, è stata un’esperienza molto positiva: struttura bellissima e pulita, piscina fantastica, sauna molto bella e personale generalmente gentile. Se migliorassero soprattutto il buffet di pranzo e cena e il servizio in piscina, sarebbe davvero un soggiorno quasi perfetto.

Juste une petite remarque il y a une odeur qui dégage des couverts ( au restaurant céramique et aussi restaurant turquoise) ça m’a bcp gêné

Franchement rien à dire sur tout , le service le confort des chambres, le personnel ils ont été adorables. J’ai fêté mon anniversaire la bas ils ont eu plusieurs attentions particulière envers moi, merci beaucoup ❤️

L'endroit est magnifique à l'arrivée pour un 5 étoiles le lit n'était pas fait pour temps je suis arriver de France en fin d'après midi normalement tout est prêt avant l'arrivée de la clientèle
Personnelle inexistante, à l'arrivée la baignoire de la suite avec un problème pour faire couler un bain impossible de retenir l'eau, j'en est parler à l'accueil et à la directrice qui a chaque fois me disait on s'en occupe on envoie quelque, ça n'a pas été réparée impossible de me faire un bain, ça laisse à désirer au prix que ça goûte, ils nous on fait payer les 3 bouteilles de champagne en double soit disant ça n'avais pas été payer que mon ami avait signer, jamais ils nous on montrée le document signer il devait me l'envoyer par e-mail, je ne l'ai jamais reçu depuis le 26 juillet .....
Un bel hôtel au calme avec un bel environnement. Une équipe professionnelle.
