Pésima estancia, ponen publicidad engañosa en la página.

Cons:

Que pagué por otro tipo de alojamiento más costoso y me ubicaron de manera arbitraria en donde quisieron y con menos comodidad. En la página de booking dice que se deje tarjeta de crédito y así lo hicepara garantizar la reserva y que pagaría al llegar al alojamiento, pero me obligaban tan pronto hice la reserva a q deberia consignar de inmediato o me cancelarían la reserva. Tuve problemas al transferir en ese mismo instante y al otro día antes de viajar hice la transferencia pero ya habían cancelado el alojamiento de manera arbitraria, creo que booking y este alojamiento manejan publicidad engañosa y lo voy a denunciar ante las autoridades correspondientes. Luego me ubicaron en el lugar que quiesieron con menos calidad. Exijo que me devuelvan el dinero por reubicarme en el lugar de menor calidad.

Te puedes quedar en la calle y nadie responde
Pros:

Malo , se bloque en la noche y no nos atendieron , casi duermo en la calle . Me toca buscar hotel !! Nadie va a responder

Tiene un código que se bloque a y nadie sabe cómo solucionar , además nadie responde por los canales . Sé queda uno en la calle a media noche y nadie responde
