I recently stayed at the hotel during the UB40 concert, and I genuinely enjoyed my entire experience. The room was comfortable and well-presented, and the service throughout my stay was exceptional. The room service team and all staff members I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and professional.
A special mention goes to the gentlemen at the front of house who assisted guests to their rooms—they provided outstanding service and support. I also want to acknowledge the security team outside, who worked tirelessly to help customers with parking and ensure everything ran smoothly. Also, the women at the front of the house.
The breakfast was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of my stay. I didn’t try much of the other food options as they were a bit outside my budget, but everything else exceeded my expectations. Overall, I loved my stay and was very happy with the rooms allocated to me.
Pool was amazing and having access to towels that was good.
A massive shout-out to the front-of-house team who surprised my cousin and me with a beautiful farewell song. That gesture truly touched my heart and made me feel incredibly special.

Nice big room
My hair treatment went missing one time when I went out, and I came back to find it wasn't in the bathroom sink. Anyway, I received an apology from the receptionist when I checked out. I had accepted it.

Conveniently close to town, didn’t need a car to travel. Walking was good to move our bodies 😊
The aircon and wifi especially it's location
The bungalow itself had a very nice layout and was comfortable, but the overall experience did not match the price.
Communication before arrival was very poor. I emailed several times requesting early check-in as my flight arrived at 5:55am and never received a response. I went to the hotel around 10am to check if early check-in was possible and was charged $200 tala.
Housekeeping was disappointing. I had to chase the front desk for two days just to get towels changed, walking to the desk twice. Our room was not cleaned or serviced for two days.
Service at the bars was slow and inconsistent. At the pool bar, I waited a long time for a drink as staff had to walk to another bar for Coke. At the restaurant bar, I ordered a Jägermeister listed at $20 tala but was charged $30 and could only have one as they ran out of Red Bull.
Breakfast was very disorganised. I went once and did not return. The kitchen was extremely noisy and staff struggled to remember who ordered what, including walking around asking guests who the coffee belonged to.
I wanted to extend my stay but the front desk could not assist and told me to rebook through Booking.com, so I checked out instead. Check-in was also poorly handled, with no explanation of breakfast times or hotel facilities.
The only standout positives were the two older gentlemen at the main entrance who greeted guests and helped with luggage — they were humble, welcoming, and professional.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but service, communication, and organisation need significant improvement, especially considering the cost of the bungalow.
The whole vibe and facilities was good. Definitely will return. Breakfast was plentiful and we'll presented. Staff very friendly and genuine. A very comfortable stay.
