The coffee was the worst I have had ever, for a double shot latte it tasted like no coffee was in there at all we tried it 2 days in a row same both days, please get someone in to train your staff to make good coffee it’s so important these days, one day we order 2 virgin mojito one for our 7yo granddaughter and one for my wife, the wait staff read the order back and it was correct when tasting it it had alcohol in it MASSIVE PROBLEM they are just lucky that my wife had one as well imagine if my 7yo drank all of hers it could have killed her, we told the wait staff and it was replaced, I also told the on duty manager he apologised to me but I feel that was not enough, the room cleaning was ok but everyday we had to call front desk because they had forgotten something, milk, towels, sheet, facewashers, stirrers for the coffee were there first day and never again for 8 days no little plastic stirrer, really it’s the Sheraton can you not afford a spoon
It is beautiful, and the staff were wonderful and friendly, although potentially a little overworked.
The facilities are not great for a hotel of its size. The showers were cold, and the pools were filthy - particularly the lagoon pool.

Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. It felt like a family all the staff say hi to you when you walk past and try to hep with any request we made or needed help with. Also having our rooms cleaned and replenished everyday made our stay more comfortable.
Our room was very spacious and aircon was very strong and good. Breakfast buffet was on point every morning.
The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The only issue was that some of the power points in the room did not work properly and you had to hold the cord in for the power to stay on. Other than that, everything was great, especially the staff who were so nice and helpful.

Property is a tad run down. Fresh paint, brighter lights, old furniture replaced & bathroom fix in the older rooms could improve the overall look of Sheraton Aggie Greys.
Really enjoyed the bungalow accommodation very much. The surrounding, peaceful and the staff helpful 🙏 👌.
We found the food varied and tasteful.
The rooms were clean and the staff came in every morning to replenish items.
The only challenge was the workshipman on completion like the grouping and bottom of the bath which will wear and tear the quality of the bathroom.
This was the perfect holiday. Poolside and spacious room, great food and kind and gracious hospitality from the staff. Walkable to the city centre.
That our stay had to end.
