very welcoming, great staff who are so accommodating and friendly, nothing was to much trouble
Pros:

The Hotel was comfortable and very friendly. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice and fantastic staff providing for your every need. The pool was inviting, loverly and clean, towels could be supplied a little earlier in the morning.

Beautiful stay
Pros:

Absolutely and most definitely the staff so lovely and welcoming!!
Secure car park area!! Loved our room - the room the hotel was exceptionally clean and room service was quick loved breakfast we enjoyed the Fia Fia night wish we made it when fire dance was on - always love staying here when in the Apia area service is exceptional!! I recommended it to my family from previously staying here before and we all got to stay here on this trip they loved it!

Not a five star hotel in our opinion. Harbour and water view from our room were stunning

The harbour and ocean views from our room balcony.

Cons:

Breakfast was very average. Hot food was not nice. Cut up sausages were dry and tasteless. Porridge was very watery.

Our room not vaccummed for almost 2 days, our towels not replaced for almost 3 days and we were using one towel between us.

Water damage to ceiling in front foyer of hotel is not a good look

The people especially the car park security. We also loved the comfortable bed and the Samoan water haha

Hotel is looking a bit tired. Breakfast was average but overall it was worth the money!

직원분들은 진짜 친절 합니다.
수영장이 깩긋하고 싸이즈가 큰 편
시내에서 가까워서 마켓 수퍼 이용이 편함

Cons:

시설이 많이 오래 되어서 안되는 것이 넘 많습니다.
공항에서 한시간이 걸림
근처에 비치가 꽤 멀리 있음
벌레가 많이 나옴

WORTH MORE THAN WHAT I PAID!!!

That buffet breakfast had to be my highlight of my stay. The different varieties! Top tier
My room was bigger than I thought, clean and very well maintained. My view was amazing!
The best stay at Sheraton. Loved it alot and will definitely come back.

The welcoming from the butler to the receptionist to the working staff. Malo lava. Great service!!

Nothing, Literally nothing I didnt enjoy. Everything was beautiful! Faafetai lava!
