Pros:

Une jolie vue et une belle piscine. Nous avons aimé également la très belle bâtisse qui a été bien rénovée avec beaucoup de caractère et une décoration soignée dans les chambres et les parties communes. Accueil plutôt agréable.

Cons:

La taille des chambres ( chambre double classique vraiment trop petite) et l’espace autour de la piscine qui est trop exigu au regard de la capacité de l’hôtel. ( les terrasses des chambres du rdc donnent directement sur la piscine, ce qui n’est pas idéal non plus).
Par ailleurs notre chambre donnait sur la route ( chambre double numéro 202). Il y en a seulement deux sur l’arrière de l’hôtel . C’est à éviter absolument car c’est extrêmement passant et bruyant ( itinéraire emprunté pour contourner les embouteillages de budva) . Impossible de rester sur le balcon.
Au final, rapport qualité prix un peu décevant.

Beautiful location with stunning views
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel, we (2 adults + 2 kids) stayed for 3 nights and had a super time. Breakfast was great, dinner was mostly great. Note - I had the veal under a bell and it was delicious, we had the seafood pasta one evening and the mussels were a little 'chewy' - cooked from frozen vides, but other than that we enjoyed our meals there. The waiting staff were super - very friendly and great with the kids.

Location was in the hills, quiet and great for a relaxing few nights. Loved being able to leave the room open because we could see everything from the pool and the restaurant area (we had one of the 3 poolside rooms).

Cons:

We had some massages at the spa... not sure it's something I'd recommend (sorry Ruzmarin team :-( but it's true). Space was nice but massage right by the jacuzzi was not relaxing, and the treatment was 'interesting' to say the least. My wife got a facial and was not like any facial she's had in a spa before and was strange to say the least. Not a great experience.

Fabulous and we will recommend.
Pros:

We chose this property as it was out of Budva. It was well maintained and quiet with a great view from the terrace . Breakfast was excellent and we chose to eat in the hotel for dinner each night rather than the restaurants in Budva . We could both enjoy a drink that way . Food was superb . Pool was quiet . We also enjoyed a massage offered in the hotel spa .

Cons:

The hill getting to the property is steep and passing places limited when meeting other cars. It was a bit wacky races at times . The road is used by locals to
avoid some of the Budva traffic.

Amazing and relaxing
Pros:

What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get — and even more! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations.

The owners were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or issues we had during our stay, and all the staff were very kind and welcoming.

We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this house to everyone. We will absolutely come back!

Luxueus verblijf, alles is top voor elkaar
Pros:

De locatie en inrichting van de kamers zijn top. Wat een uitzicht vanuit de kamers en vanuit het terras.
De kamers hebben een mooie gietvloer!
Erg netjes en luxe.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wij hebben ook in het restaurant gegeten. Lekkerste steak van de gehele vakantie gehad!

Dit is echt een aanradertje

מקום מושלם! חדרים גדולים יפים ונקיים. מקום מקסים למי שמחפש קצת שקט מהעומס של העיר עם בריכה מהממת.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno in un’oasi di pace e tranquillità, ma con tutti i servizi.
Pros:

Location tranquilla immersa nel verde. Belle camere confortevoli. Personale gentilissimo, ottima qualità del cibo. Personale molto attento al cliente. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario.

Pros:

The views were incredible from all over the hotel. It was quiet and personal.
Location was perfect. A short taxi ride into the busy town of Budva but far out enough to be in a relaxed area and peaceful

Highly recommend
Pros:

Lovely hotel, very cosy, rooms are very clean and spacious. There were 4 of us and we still had plenty of space. Staff was super kind and helpful

Cons:

It’s definitely a little hard to get to but it’s the price to pay for such a lovely view

Hotel hell - do not stay here.
Cons:

False advertising - there were two single beds, missing light bulbs. Screaming children being beaten by the next door neighbours. Laundry everywhere and rotting walls.

The staff cannot speak fluent English.

We had no one to check us in. Reception was empty and our passports were not even taken.

There are revolting stray cars everything crawling over you at breakfast.

We were promised a refund and the hotel owner lied to our faces as no payment has been made.

Booking.com lied and told us we could check out and have then been avoiding us. They are a corrupt company do not use them.

От всей души рекомендую и ставлю 100 из 10.
Pros:

Очень красивое и атмосферное место и чудесный персонал. Тихо, уютно, по домашнему, вдали от суеты и толп народа, но при этом все рано очень близко ко всему.
Месторасположение удобное, за пределами Будвы, но в то же время рядом и по дороге в Котор и Тиват.
Очень хорошие завтраки и в целом отличный ресторан, с хорошим выбором и террасой с видом на закат.
Но, самое главное, это забота и внимание со стороны людей, работающих в отеле абсолютно по любому вопросу.

Cons:

Такого нет, один момент, о котором хочу сказать, отель достаточно высоко и до пляжа пешком дойти сложно, а уж тем более подняться наверх! Но! Без машины в Черногории все равно делать нечего, вы не увидите и десятой доли красоты этой прекрасной страны. Поэтому машина решит все вопросы и вы увидите пляжи, на которых не располагаются отели и апартаменты.

Pros:

Beautifully located and designed, very peaceful and not too far from Budva.
We were upgraded to a private suite/villa to our surprise which was very charming.

Cons:

There were not many vegan options for breakfast, however the staff were very helpful in trying to consider options for me.

Pros:

This is a wonderful family hotel with great staff, a fabulous restaurant and a lovely swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit especially the massages which were out of this world

Cons:

One of the rooms we booked was upgraded with a large terrace and sitting room - I didn't find this studio as charming as the other bedroom

Amazing gem set in the hills
