Pros:

Good location, close to the centre of Waikiki.

Cons:

The communication from the host was slow and unresponsive. For example, the hotel had no record of our room being ready until after the check in time and they had to call the host.

The mattresses on both beds were not very comfortable.

Pros:

L’emplacement à l’entrée de Waikiki, l’équipement complet de l’appartement et le matériel de plage à disposition, les réponses rapides et efficaces de l’hôte, l’hôtel avec salle de sport et espace piscine très bien. Super rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Petit problème avec le valet parking mais c est indépendant du logement. (Pensez à prendre les photos de votre voiture avant de la mettre dans leurs mains)

Will stay again.
Pros:

Great stay, the place is well equipped with herbs and basic for cooking, containers for picnic lunches etc. and the view is great. Very nice to walk from the hotel through park to the beach.

Cons:

The only problem is that the 'title' of the listing mentions a credit for valet parking but what it really means is they have reduced the price so we can 'afford' to pay for valet ourselves. so thats a little deceiving but the price is honestly pretty good for what you get.

Great location. Hotel staff were friendly. Owner was helpful and tesponsive
Pros:

Location was convenient. Could walk to many destinations. Was able to take city bus from airport.

Cons:

Lots of traffic noise but that would be anywhere in Waikiki
I had trouble with TV getting WiFi and owner responded to my text so I could fix it.

The studio is located in a perfect place

Cons:

Dirty dishes with coffee and food stains
Dirty/Cheap Kitchen towels and Toilet paper
Stove with one knob broken and other burner only 75% functional.
Parking is a bit of a difficulty if you don't use the Valet

Pros:

They immediately responded when the bathroom water wasn’t draining properly. Whenever I had a question or needed something, they were quick to take action.
The beach was closer than I expected, which was great.

Cons:

I stayed in a private room, and it would have been even better if the towels were changed daily!

Would stay here again.
Pros:

Location made it easy to walk anywhere. The unit had beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, everything needed for a day at the beach. Area felt very safe.

Cons:

Valet attendant didn’t fully understand how the parking worked for individual unit owners when we arrived. Took a couple phone calls and trips to room to figure it out. Rest of week went smoothly.
