Personeel bij de receptie prima en behulpzaam
Personeel lobby en bar niet erg behulpzaam en hadden moeite met wat nou precies hun eigen regels zijn.
Nadeel van de badkamer op de 14e verdieping was dat het water uit de kraan en in de toiletpot af en toe duidelijk zichtbaar "bruin" gekleurd was. Ook de druk van de douche verschillende, waardoor de temperatuur van het water soms varieerde van koud tot heel heet.
Desondanks heb ik alweer een tweede bezoek geboekt........en ik kijk er ook naar uit om er weer te zijn.

Always great to stay at Grandview whenever I have been in Chiang Mai and will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Location to where I needed to be was great. Room size and facilities were good. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Close proximity to food and shopping.

Cons:

There wasn't a power outlet near the bed (that I could find), which was a problem using my CPAP machine, but fortunately my lead was long enough to run across the room.

Jeg havde desværre en meget skuffende oplevelse på dette hotel i Chiang Mai. Allerede ved ankomsten virkede stedet slidt og dårligt vedligeholdt, og oplevelsen blev kun værre under opholdet.

Poolen var beskidt og indbød bestemt ikke til afslapning. Servicen var generelt dårlig, og personalet virkede uinteresserede i gæsternes oplevelse. På værelset var der ingen stikkontakter ved sengene, og de få stikkontakter der var, slukkede konstant, hvilket gjorde det næsten umuligt at oplade telefon eller computer.

Fitnesscentret var ekstremt småt og i meget dårlig stand. Udstyret var gammelt og nedslidt, og temperaturen var så høj, at det mere mindede om en sauna end et træningsrum. Airconditionen på værelset var meget larmende, og hver gang gæster på naboværelserne gik i bad, kunne man tydeligt høre det, hvilket gjorde det svært at slappe af eller sove.

Der var myg på værelset, badeværelset var beskidt, og det gav generelt et uhygiejnisk indtryk. Som prikken over i’et var internettet ekstremt dårligt – faktisk nærmest ikke-eksisterende – hvilket var enormt frustrerende.

Alt i alt kan jeg på ingen måde anbefale dette hotel og ville personligt ikke vælge at bo her igen
