El personal muy amable en atender y con buena disposición tanto de recepción como de la cocina. La ubicación en sector de Miraflores es muy buena y segura, cerca del parque Kennedy y de la Costanera. La habitación y las camas muy cómodas El desayuno agradable, poco variado, pero rico.
Cuando hacen el aseo se escucha todo, mueven las camas y las arrastran y eso molesta. Utilizamos un transfer del aeropuerto al hotel (lo contactamos a través del mismo hotel) y el chofer nos quedo debiendo parte del vuelto, cuestión que tuvimos que insistir en que lo dejara en conserjería, ya que si no reclamamos él no lo devuelve.

Clean room and bathrooms. One of the only Peruvian hotels I stayed in where there are no pink mold on the bathroom floor.

Walls are not sound proof. Could hear cleaning staff and next door talking in the corridor from the room.

Lo rescatable es la ubicación.
De terror es la atención, los empleados no están atentos a los huéspedes, ni capacitados, se les descompuso el timbre y aún sabiendo la situación nadie de los 3 que estaban en la recepción estaba atento a la puerta del hotel, ni mirando las cámaras; en dos oportunidades nos dejaron afuera esperando, golpenado la puerta junto a otros huéspedes.
Los enchufes de la habitación están todos flojos, hay que poner cosas para sostener el cargador y que haga contacto.
La caja fuerte con nuestras cosas dentro no se podía abrir, simple cambio de pilas y llave maestra, pero la empleada de turno quería que esperáramos al día siguiente que llegaría la persona que entendía del tema, obviamente exigimos que se comunique con alguien inmediatamente y mediante video llamada la guiaron.
Pedimos que nos despierten a determinada hora y no lo hicieron.
Pedimos desayuno sin gluten, a pesar de haberlo solicitado y confirmado previamente junto con la reserva; no tienen nada de panificación sin gluten para untar un pan o una galleta en el desayuno, ni tampoco estaban al tanto de la solicitud hecha y confirmada por ellos, ni siquiera para el segundo desayuno, no les importó ni tomaron nota nunca de lo solicitado.
Ojo que las fotos no te confundan! es bonito pero la atención y los tomas corriente un desastre.

I liked the breakfast which was really tasty and rich, maybe the best part of the hotel.
There was also freshly squeezed orange juice, which I appreciated a lot
Room was quite good.
Housekeeping was ok.
Staff was also ok.
The fact that the room I got didn't match with the picture on booking.com.
My room was way smaller than pictured on booking.com.
The worst part was the extreme heat in the breakfast room.(No AC)
I was for me impossible not to sweat during breakfast.
Another negative point was that there was no wifi in the breakfast room.
I had to use my private data, while breakfast.
Hotel was partly understaffed.
The receptionist had to partly manage the breakfast etc.
This was a very easy stay. Good value and location, close to a variety of restaurants, 6 min walk to Airport express bus stop #4, I needed to use a laundromat before leaving and there is a great one near by. Breakfast varied each day, and always sufficient and fresh. Hotel was clean and Alberto and his team were kind, and helpful. I'd stay here again.
The bed for me was harder than I prefer, but this was a minor issue as it was a very comfortable and good sized room.
Good location 10-15min walk to Kennedy Park and the Beach. Friendly staff, Nice Room, Good Value
WIFI has very poor connection. My room was next to the restaurant, not far from the lobby and i didn't get a connection. I had DATA so i wasn't a huge issue, but if you relay on WIFI, the rooms first for connectivity.
