Wir kommen wieder. :-)
Pros:

Wir geben dem Hotel sehr gerne ein positives Feedback! Schon beim Betreten haben uns der Eingang und die Rezeption super gefallen – der Empfang durch das freundliche Personal war herzlich und professionell. Kulinarisch wurden wir ebenfalls verwöhnt: Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren sehr gut. Besonders positiv ist uns das harmonische, einheitliche Bild des gesamten Hauses aufgefallen. Zudem war es wirklich überall absolut sauber. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team

Cons:

Kritik auf hohem Niveau bzw. als lieber Tipp für das Management: Im Wellnessbereich gibt es am Poolboden und an den Wänden ein paar lose Steine. Da eine Renovierung aber eine komplette Schließung bedeuten würde, hatten wir dafür volles Verständnis.

​Die Abendessenszeiten sind unseres Erachtens nach etwas knapp bemessen, wodurch das Service- und Küchenteam spürbar unter Zeitdruck gerät. Vielleicht lassen sich die Zeiten hier zukünftig etwas flexibler gestalten.

​Am Ende überwiegt aber definitiv das Positive: Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Pros:

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was really nice with a mountain view. The staff was helpful and very kind. Since we booked it as a halfboard we got delicious brakfast with a lot of options and a 3 course dinner every day. In the afternoon we also got the most delicious regional cakes.

Cons:

The dining area was sometimes a bit warm, but the nice food compensated for it.

we had a very good experience in a very stylish hotel explant service , and tasty but small food
Pros:

We looked for a good spa hotel with half bord, in that aspect it was very good. clean, comfort , friendly, good service , good food . every demand we had was fulfilled efficiently and quickly .

Cons:

Although food was very tasty, the portion was extremely small, there were no air-condition in the hotel. the room towels were not big enough and not gentle for a hotel at this level, price of cold drink is quite expensive.

Es war war von A-Z genial!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super fein und es hat für alle was dabei. Super fand ich, dass man zusätzlich zum Buffet noch am Tisch Waffeln, Pancakes oder Eierspeisen bestellen konnte.
Auch das Abendessen war super. Durch das Menu hat man auch neue Sachen probiert, die man vielleicht in einem Restaurant nie bestellt hätte, obwohl es absolut bestellwert hat und einfach mega war.
Besonders möcht ich die Freundlichkeit des Personal, besonders Sabrina & den Restaurantleiter, erwähnen. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt :)

Essen sehr gut, Bequemes Bett, grosses Badezimmer, Zimmer top, super Badesee+Poolbereich, insgesamt schöne gepflegte Hotelanlage.

Cons:

Lange Wartezeiten beim Essen. Personal im Speisesaal sehr freundlich jedoch teilweise etwas unbeholfen.

Grote verwachtingen worden helaas nooit ingelost
Pros:

Hoewel de foto's en de indruk een 4-sterren ervaring geven, kunnen we dit na een verblijf van 4 nachten helaas verre van bevestigen. Bij aankomst bleken de beide kamers maar liefst 2 gebouwen uit elkaar te liggen, wat na de eerste nacht gecorrigeerd werd, zodat we uiteindelijk in hetzelfde gebouw met 2 verdiepingen verschil als gezin enigszins bij elkaar in de buurt verbleven.....

Cons:

Ik heb de echte gastvrijheid en hartelijkheid gemist. Het personeel was onderbezet, kwam hierdoor gehaast over en was met name gericht op het opnemen van drankbestellingen om omzet te genereren tijdens de maaltijden. Ontbijt is wat gewoontjes en tijdens het diner zijn de porties (te) klein en wordt gepoogd een exclusieve diner ervaring na te streven.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war super, alles da was das Herz begehrt. Das Abendessen war sensationell gut, nur leider auch sensationell wenig. Das Salat Buffet war leider nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.
Der Schwimmteich war super erfrischend, das Pool ist nicht mehr so einladend (Folie ausgebleicht) aber okay! Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön und alles ist total sauber. Beim Wellnessbereich ist auch alles da was das Herz begehrt. Im großen und ganzen war es ein schöner Urlaub im Hotel Elisabeth, da sich Franz sehr um uns bemüht hat.

Pros:

Der Komfort des Hotels ist sehr gut. Ebenso war es großartig, dass es an einem Morgen eine Yoga Stunde gab. Die kulinarische Verköstigung war sehr gut, vielfältig und bleibt in Erinnerung.

Cons:

Die Abstimmung zwischen dem Service und der Küche war leider mangelhaft. Es gab an einem Abend Grill-Buffet, jedoch kam die Küche mit der Bereitstellung des Essens nicht hinterher, sodass während der Stoßzeiten weder Beilagen noch Hauptgänge vorhanden waren und sich eine frustrierte Schlange bildete. Das Ergebnis war, dass wir an jenem Abend größtenteils vom Salatbuffet und der Vorsuppe aßen. An „normalen“ Tagen wurde das Essen an den Tisch serviert. Da kam es dazu, dass wir mitunter eine Stunde zwischen Vorspeise und Hauptgang warten mussten, weil die Küche sich nicht organisieren konnte. Wer Geduld hat, bekommt allerdings wirklich was für den Gaumen geboten.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich grandios. Die Lage und die Atmosphäre hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war zu jederzeit sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und auch zu scherzen aufgelegt.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Cons:

Uns fehlte in der Superior Suite die Sicht auf den TV um sich in den Schlaf dudeln zu lassen, doch das ist Jammern auf höchstem Niveau.

Skvělý, útulný hotel se špičkovou kuchyní a velmi milým a vstřícným personálem.
Pros:

Vynikající snídaně i večeře. Krytý i venkovní bazén a k tomu koupací přírodní jezírko. ˇUžasné. Pokoje jsou velmi prostorné. V koupelně je vana i sprchový kout. Naprosto skvělé.

Une bonne parenthèse nature, je recommande l’établissement
Pros:

L’hôtel était magnifique, le personnel adorables serviable, souriant.
Le spa superbe !!

Cons:

Le fait d’avoir une chambre qui était côté route.. cela était très bruyant dès tôt le matin car un défaut ce trouve dans la route.. cela provoquait énormément de bruit.
Après on ne peut pas dire que nous avons pas aimé le repas du soir, mais plus de simplicité aurait été top car repas très gastronomique, en étant super bon bon malgré tout.
