Bien pour chiller à la plage et a la piscine
Pros:

Nous avons aimé qu'il y est un emplacement plage pour les clients, qu'il y est une vue mer et une piscine vue mer aussi.

Cons:

Le service de la restauration sont pas très aimables, personne ne dit bonjour ni au revoir. Et le service en chambre est un peu médiocre, on a dû demander plusieurs choses comme : serviette de table, verre et l'addition.

Wonderful
Pros:

We stayed at Ponta Plaza for 4 nights and 5 days in a sea-view room, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were truly impressed by the warmth, kindness, and professionalism of the staff.

Since breakfast was included, we had the opportunity to enjoy it every morning at the hotel. The breakfast selection was extensive and everything was delicious. Whenever something was missing or we needed anything at all, the staff responded immediately with a smile.

Mr. Ilja does an outstanding job managing this area, and everything runs flawlessly. He and his team are incredibly friendly, hardworking, and genuinely dedicated to making every guest feel welcome and well taken care of.

The hotel’s pool offers breathtaking views, and the attention to cleanliness throughout the property is excellent. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, which is definitely worth trying—it offers great value for money and the food was very good.

I would also like to thank every member of the reception team, even though I don’t know all of their names. They were always solution-oriented, eager to help with any request, and clearly prioritized guest satisfaction.

The beach is not sandy but covered with small pebbles, which are actually great for children to play with. The sea is crystal clear and exceptionally clean, and there are plenty of water sports available nearby. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and entertainment along the waterfront.

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!

Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and had a simple, modern design. The shower had good water pressure. The pool was small, but it never felt crowded. The property also has convenient access to the beach, making it easy to walk there.

Cons:

The shower floor was not properly sloped, so water remained standing after each shower. We had to use a squeegee to remove the water every time. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

Glavni pozitivan utisak koji nosimo je razmišljanje o sitnim funkcionalnim detaljima prostora koji su ponekad mana i u 5-star hotelima na uštrb izgleda. Dobar doručak, čista teretana i bazen, čista i veoma funkcionalna soba, aparat+ketler u sobi, mir privatne plaže objašnjavaju trenutnu cenu.

Cons:

Sa 4 zvezdice obično je švedski sto raznovrsniji, mada to zavisi od ličnih navika. Kafa bi mogla biti bolja. Nesrazmerna slavina u kupatilu je jedino iznenađenje u prostoru.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, der Pool ist auch sehr gut und bietet eine tolle Aussicht.

Der Parkplatz ist separat, unbefestigt und schwer zu finden; die Wegbeschreibung ist ungenau; außerdem muss man extra bezahlen, was ich nicht fair finde.
