The staff were so friendly and attentive across all restaurants, lobby staff and room service. They made the whole experience very enjoyable and welcoming with their warming smiles and attentiveness to detail.
The hotel itself is very modern, vibrant and quirky and has some very unique features when you get used to them ,works wonderfully ,the elevator arrangement and bed controls were my favourite to name a few.
The food in the sushi bar- Radio restaurant on level 20 was exceptional with great views of the city and the Italian restaurant on the 5th floor was absolutely superb. I was here for 4 nights and although I’ve had previous trips to Malta we looked forward to new restaurants in the city , this time, we didn’t have to go outside the hotel at all! the food was that good along with the service!
The room itself- wow. All the amenities you could think of with a very pleasing design- quirky modern and was cleaned to perfection, room was made up twice daily and a lovely chocolate and extra water was given in the evening after being made up . Also was a birthday get away and we were surprised with Prosecco and a lovely chocolate cake.
I have stayed in a lot of luxury hotels but I think I will give this one the credit of being in my top five luxury hotels- absolutely exceptionally wonderful. Thank you ME Malta I will return again!
the only negative I can give is it would benefit from a pool bar outside or people taking orders or maybe unique QR codes for each table for menu services for a more seamless automated approach.
This would have been far more suiting to its style and in my opinion was a big step backwards not having this ..as
You could not enter the restaurant in your swimwear to make orders which left you lingering around a lobby trying to attract someone’s attention and explain where you were sitting for the food or drink arrive which actually seemed more frustrating or offensive to the staff than us ,as you could not distinguish who was serving and who was on other duties

The staff went above and beyond for my friends birthday! All so polite! The room was so so luxury.
The pool temperature needs to be increased. The spa pools and outdoor pools.

Brudna lodówka , lód w zamrażalniku nie można było włożyć nic osobistego . Ciśnienie wody w prysznicu od godziny 7-10 tak słabe że nie da się wykąpać … wcześniejsze zameldowanie kosztowało mnie 170 euro (800 zł ) a chodziło o 3 godziny szybszego zameldowania a policzone zostało jak za całą dobę hotelowa … niby 5 gwiazdek ale raczej hotele w tym standardzie zachowują się inaczej , pełno piasku w basenie wewnętrznym na dole . Był to mój drugi pobyt a nie wiem czy nie ostatni … Za pierwszym razem było super tym razem droższy pokój niby rezydencja na 15 piętrze a doświadczenia gorsze niż na 4 piętrze … mam mieszane uczucia
