A great short stay
Pros:

The design is lovely and the spa facilities in the old Mercury House was really nicely done! The room was really nicely designed with a comfortable bed

Cons:

Even from the 12th floor, you still hear music at night from clubs down below and construction works at 7:30am

Treated like royalty, will be definitely coming back and cannot recommend enough.
Pros:

Exceptional customer service. I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over Malta and nothing comes close to the professionalism, dedication and care to detail of this hotel. We were additionally upgraded to a suite and I was truly spoilt with cake and prosecco for my birthday.

Cons:

The spa which is not operated by the hotel but by DEE Spas was the only shortfall of our experience. A particular spa receptionist was very unorganised (incorrectly scheduled my appointment 3 times but luckily had proof by email). She was rude as she complained about the hotel staff with us and having to reschedule my appointment which she scheduled incorrectly in the first place, and it was all just highly inappropriate behaviour as an employee. Lastly, the therapists clearly did not have the right experience or training to be providing the massages.
