Horrible Experience
Pros:

Nothing. All Misinformation. Hotel claimed to offer complementary breakfast as per my package but when we arrived for Breakfast, restaurant staff was called by mobile to come from home & bring Bread & prepare Breakfast.

Cons:

All areas. Even Booking.com should have been careful before giving wrong information. Double Bed size is much smaller( 4 ft) than what they are mentioning on Booking.com. I have to spent my night on 3ft Sofa. Room & Bathroom are full of Insects. No respect/Sensitivity for guests time.

ルンビニ観光に1泊だけなら
Pros:

夜行バスで6:30ごろ到着したが、チェックインできた。場所はわかりやすいが、当サイトの位置情報は微妙に間違っている...Lacoul Hotel の隣にあるような情報が出てくるが、正しくは道向かい。部屋はまあまあ広い。セミダブルとシングルベッド1台ずつ。
コンセントは丸穴くぼみ無しタイプが部屋内とバスルームに数か所。部屋内設備は TV、クローゼット、机椅子、ソファー。冷蔵庫は無いが、冷えた1L水ボトルを2本もらった。部屋鍵は内側からも同じ鍵で閉める貫通式＋トイレの個室型の内鍵あり。
近隣に小規模商店やレストランがいくつかある。ホテルから北へ徒歩12分ぐらい、Devkota Chowk と Buddha Chowk の間に割と大型で近代的なスーパーがある。スタッフは意思疎通ができる程度に英語が話せる。

Cons:

エレベーターが無い。部屋はすべて2F以上なので、重い荷物は階段を持って上がる必要がある(ホテルの兄ちゃんが持って上がってくれたが...)。WiFiは当たり外れがありそう。自分が泊まったのは1F(日本式でいうと2F)、WiFIはフロア/エリア別になっており、最寄りのAPに接続できなかったので、1フロア上の電波が少し弱いAPを使用した成果、かなり不安定で遅い。
部屋にないもの：冷蔵庫、ポット、コーヒー紅茶、ドライヤー...
バスルームはシャワーの仕切りがなく、そのまま床が水浸しになる。湯は電気式瞬間湯沸かし器タイプだが、湯が出たりでなかったり...
部屋設備は全体的に古く、シャワーがかかるバスルーム内側扉はカビている...
朝食は5つぐらいの中から選択。コンチネンタルを頼むと、生焼けのトーストとプレーンオムレツと砂糖たっぷりインスタントコーヒーが( ﾟДﾟ)フルーツジュース(たぶん市販の紙パックのもの...)は間に合わず部屋に届けてくれた。

Very bad, how do you people fool customers with good reviews and good photos?
Pros:

Good staff and cook.

Cons:

Dirty linen, bathroom fittings dirty,
Cockroaches in the room.
You should refund half of my room charges.
Paying 26$ for such a room is not worthy at all.

Pros:

breakfast - below average; location - good

Cons:

The bathroom, and furniture - all need to repair/replace. Cleanliness and maintenance issue is there with the hotel.

Jampa is excellent
Pros:

Staff is really Cooperative, courteous , pleasant and responsible
Breakfast buffet was good enough
Rooms are clean and all things operational
Room service quick and efficient
Overall value for money for a business customer
Location is a bit enclosed being inside the Thamel market, but not a deal breaker being well connected
