Bin begeistert und würde sofort wiederkommen
Pros:

Gleich nach unserer Ankunft waren wir vom Hotel sowie der Aussicht begeistert. Ein so aufmerksames und freundliches Personal findet man sehr selten! Hier möchte ich mich nochmals für den super Service während unseres Aufenthaltes bedanken.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet.

Kann das Hotel nur jedem empfehlen.

Customer Service and Hosting done properly
Pros:

From the second we made contact the staff were exceptionally friendly and this continued throughout with fantastic hospitality from everything including local recommendations to making sure we got the most out of our stay. When we arrived, we knew we'd made the right decision. Nothing was too much trouble and their approach warm and friendly. The hotel itself is gorgeous, no detail left out and this shows. By the time we left they felt like friends and that makes it a boutique experience. Loved the fact it was small, loved the adult only approach, and the views from our room were amazing. I can't wait to come back again to be honest! Just to have proactive staff who are always smiling is sadly rare these days but this place hit it on the button. We appreciated the bar service on the roof top. Overall it's a gem of a place in Neum, and by far the best place to stay.

Cons:

It's very rare I can say this but absolutely nothing. Working in hospitality / customer care myself I have to applaude you on your approach to your customers wellbeing.

Ovaj hotel je jedno od najljepših iznenađenja u Neumu, a i šire.
Divno je znati da BiH ima mjesto koje može parirati mnogom renomiranim hotelima, kako u izvrsnosti, čistoći, i ugođaju , tako i u profesionalnom i prijatnom osoblju.Osoblje ke zapravo poseban bonus. Vrt je posebna oaza!
Idealno mjesto za parove, za parove koji mogu doći samo na produženi vikend,druženje sa prijateljicama, vikend sa mamom..svjetski, a naše. Plus- nema čekanja na granici, jer je 🇧🇦💙💛
Što se mene tiče, vratiću se u svim navedenim aranžmanima. 🔆🌸

Piękny, nowoczesny ,stylowy apartament z urzekającym widokiem na zatokę, dbałość o każdy szczegół zarówno w budynku jak i w ogrodzie. Współwłaścicielka hotelu Pani Dajana bardzo pomocna zrobiła wszystko , aby ułatwić nam pobyt . Bardzo dobre śniadania na tarasie z miłą obsługą .Piękny widok z dachu budynku gdzie znajduje się nieduży basen.I dla nas ważna rzecz - hotel tylko dla dorosłych.
