Pros:

Das Hotel war gut, aber der Kühlschrank hat nicht funktioniert, bei einem solchen Preis darf das nicht sein, ebenso hat die Klimaanlage nicht gut funktioniert also alles in allem war ok, aber zum Preis entsprechend war es nicht zufriedenstellend

Hervorragender Aufenthalt zum Entschleunigen
Pros:

Es ist ein feines und ruhiges Hotel mit dem Blick auf Neum. Das perfekte Hotel vom Alltag zu entschleunigen. Etwas hügelig gelegen, jedoch in wenigen Minuten (ca.15min gemütlich) zum Strand entfernt. Unterwegs geht man bei Bankomat, Supermarkt und Drogeriemarkt vorbei.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, Bett sorgt für guten Schlaf, das Badezimmer mit modernen stil sorgt für die nötige Erfrischung. Vor dem Hotel sind genug Parkplätze im Freien ohne Schatten vorhanden, es ist auch Tiefgarage vorhanden, Platz ausreichend. Der Pool ist auf der Dachterrasse mit faszinierenden Ausblick ans Meer, Berge herum und die Stadt Neum selbst. Es sind ausreichend Liegen vorhanden!
Das Frühstücksbuffet mit hochwertigen Lebensmitteln lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, liest die Wünsche von den Lippen ab. Sehr aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich! Sie sind bemüht den Aufenthalt im Hotel bezaubernd zu machen. Im Hotel füllt man sich so wohl, das man es ungern verlässt.

A perfect adults-only getaway – warmth, tranquility and a superb location
We spent a week at boutique Hotel MaVie and left already wishing to return. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional warmth – special mention goes to the owner Dajana and to Thomas, who, with their genuine kindness and personal attention, made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. That kind of hospitality cannot be taught – you simply feel it.
The hotel is impeccably clean and carefully maintained – the rooms, the common areas and the immediate surroundings alike. Although it is located near the main road, the building is of such high quality that noise is practically imperceptible in the rooms. The rooftop pool with its crystal-clear water was our favourite spot for afternoon relaxation, and the boutique breakfast was varied and delicious every day, served in a pleasant, peaceful ambience.
As the hotel is adults-only, the atmosphere is genuinely calm – ideal for couples seeking relaxation away from the hustle and bustle. The location is also excellent as a base for day trips: Pelješac, Dubrovnik and many other sights are just a short drive away, and the surrounding area offers outstanding wine tastings, which we warmly recommend.
Our sincere thanks to the entire team – MaVie is not just a hotel, it is an experience. We recommend it without hesitation and will certainly be back.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and made me feel relaxed throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Diana and the rest of the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. I truly appreciate their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Magnifique 🤩
Pros:

Joli boutique hôtel sur les hauteurs de Neum. Belle décoration, charme discret, super vue sur mer ! Bon petit déjeuner et personnel adorable, attentionné et à l’écoute. Petite salle de sport et sauna. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de 4j dans cet hôtel !

This is an excellent little hotel in Neum. The service is outstanding, and the hosts are exceptionally kind and welcoming. They treated us with the utmost care and respect throughout our stay.

When it came to the food, they thoughtfully accommodated our religious dietary requirements without us even having to ask—they explained everything to us on their own initiative, which we truly appreciated.

The hotel offers convenient parking, a beautiful garden, an excellent breakfast, and, without a doubt, the best sunset view in Neum.

We have stayed at and visited many hotels in Neum, but this is the one we will definitely return to.

Von möglichen 10 Punkten gebe ich dem MaVie 11 Punkte: das Personal war äusserst liebenswürdig, nett, kompetent und sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer (wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick) war sehr geräumig, durchdacht konzipiert, sauber, sympathisch mit sehr bequemen Betten. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Der rooftop Swimmingpool ist toll, bequeme Liegen, grosse Sonnenschirme, ebenfalls tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Alles in allem haben wir perfekte Tage im MaVie verbracht, immer sehr gerne wieder.

Doručak je bio odličan. Hotel je nov i jako lijepo uređen.

Cons:

Hotel je prilično udaljen od mora i gradske plaže. Tokom izrazito visokih ljetnih temperatura ta udaljenost predstavlja značajan nedostatak, posebno jer je i u večernjim satima šetnja do centra zahtjevna, a tokom dana gotovo neizvodiva. Ipak, toga smo bili svjesni prilikom rezervacije.

Ono što nas je iznenadilo jeste da hotel ne dozvoljava korištenje bazena nakon check-outa. S obzirom na to da je prijava moguća tek od 15:00, a odjava već u 11:00, bazen se praktično može koristiti samo nekoliko sati prvog dana.

Na doručku nije bilo jasno naznačeno koje su mesne prerađevine od svinjskog mesa. S obzirom na veliki broj gostiju iz Bosne i Hercegovine i drugih zemalja u kojima je to važno iz vjerskih ili ličnih razloga, vjerujemo da bi takve oznake trebale biti standard. Zahvalni smo zaposlenici restorana koja nas je na to diskretno upozorila.

Nažalost, dio osoblja na recepciji ostavio je utisak da su gosti srdačno dočekani prilikom prijave, ali da nakon odjave više nisu dobrodošli. Posebno neugodno bilo je kada je jedna recepcionerka došla do bazena i uklonila naše peškire kako bi nam stavila do znanja da trebamo napustiti prostor. Takav način komunikacije ostavlja veoma loš utisak i nije u skladu s nivoom usluge koji se očekuje od hotela.

Također, trokrevetna soba je zapravo standardna dvokrevetna soba u koju je dodatno postavljen rasklopivi kauč. Nažalost, taj ležaj je izrazito neudoban i nije adekvatan za spavanje odrasle osobe. Imali smo osjećaj kao da spavamo na drvenoj podlozi, zbog čega je kvalitet sna bio veoma loš.

Sve navedeno ne umanjuje činjenicu da hotel ima potencijal, ali vjerujemo da bi uz više profesionalnosti osoblja i nekoliko organizacijskih poboljšanja iskustvo gostiju bilo znatno kvalitetnije.

Очень комфортный, стильный номер., хорошо оснащенный.Чистота, сауна, великолепный бассейн на крыше.Зона отдыха в бассейне.Пляж в отелеНова хотел, принадлежащий тому же владельцу. Завтраки,очень сытные, разнообразные . Отзывчивость и компетентность персонала, особенно администратора Dajana. Внимательность к деталям.
Отдых и уровень отеля соответствует уровню 5 звезд сетевых отелей Хорватии.Очень рекомендую всем!

Traumhafte Unterkunft
Pros:

Super schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer ist traumhaft. Der Pool auf dem Dach lädt zur Abkühlung ein und man erhält auf Wunsch leckere Getränke serviert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.
