Ottimo hotel per un soggiorno al Cairo
Pros:

Hotel recente con ottima pulizia delle stanze e dalla sala colazione. Colazione prevalentemente salata ma con 2 tipi di plum-cake e 3/4 brioche più pane in cassetta da mangiare con la marmellata. Ottimo prezzo. Personale gentilissimo, sia alla reception sia alla sala colazione. Consigliato.

Номер был комфортным и хорошо оборудованным всем необходимым. Было приятно, что для гостей предусмотрели даже тапочки — небольшая, но очень важная деталь, которая добавляет уюта.

Персонал отеля был внимательным, вежливым и приятным в общении. Сотрудники всегда старались помочь и учитывали наши пожелания.

Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки: они были очень вкусными, разнообразными и сытными. В один из дней нам нужно было рано уехать, и по нашей просьбе сотрудники организовали ранний завтрак. Мы очень благодарны за такую заботу и индивидуальный подход.

Прекрасный вариант для проживания в Каире, особенно если вы мечтаете любоваться пирамидами прямо из своего номера!

The main highlight of this hotel is the breathtaking view of the pyramids directly from the room. Waking up and seeing one of the wonders of the world right outside your window is a truly unforgettable experience!

Our room was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated that slippers were provided — a small but thoughtful detail that made the stay feel even more comfortable.

The staff were attentive, polite, and very pleasant to communicate with. They were always ready to help and did their best to accommodate our requests.

The breakfasts were also delicious, generous, and very filling. On one of the days, we needed to leave early, and the staff kindly arranged an early breakfast for us upon request. We were very grateful for their care and personal approach.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Cairo, especially for anyone who dreams of enjoying an incredible view of the pyramids directly from their room!

Будущим гостям стоит учитывать особенности расположения. Это не классический отель с собственной закрытой и огороженной территорией, а небольшой отель, расположенный в обычном жилом доме. Дорога к нему проходит через довольно узкие, старые и не самые чистые улицы, поэтому первое впечатление от района может быть неоднозначным.

Парковка есть, но автомобиль остаётся на улице, а не на охраняемой закрытой территории. По вечерам и ночью рядом гуляют местные дети, и однажды они долго находились возле нашей машины, поэтому нам пришлось обратиться к сотрудникам отеля с просьбой помочь. Персонал отреагировал и решил ситуацию.

Для нас это не испортило общее впечатление от проживания, поскольку внутри всё было комфортно, а вид на пирамиды действительно прекрасный. Но лучше знать об особенностях района и парковки заранее, чтобы это не стало неожиданностью.

Future guests should be aware of the location and the surrounding area. This is not a traditional hotel with its own private, gated grounds, but a small hotel located inside a residential building. The road leading to it passes through narrow, older streets that are not always very clean, so the first impression of the neighbourhood may be different from what some travellers expect.

Parking is available, but the car is left outside on the street rather than in a secured, enclosed car park. In the evenings and at night, local children sometimes gather nearby. On one occasion, they stayed around our car for quite a while, so we had to ask the hotel staff for assistance. The staff responded and handled the situation.

This did not spoil our overall stay, as the room itself was comfortable and the view of the pyramids was truly wonderful. However, it is helpful to know about the neighbourhood and parking arrangements in advance so that they do not come as a surprise.

Pros:

Llegamos a las 4 am y el chico que estaba en el check in fue extremadamente amable. La habitación familiar con vista a las pirámides es increíble y el personal del lobby todos muy amables y serviciales, al igual que los del restaurante. Tiene vistas maravillosas desde el restaurante y las habitaciones

Cons:

Estuvimos casi 1 semana, las tazas de la habitación a veces no las lavaban y por lo general olvidaban reponer el café. La lavandería que supuestamente se demoraba 24 hrs se demoró casi 48 hrs y ya estábamos haciendo check out cuando recién llegaron con la ropa. Un desastre. La habitación con jacuzzi y vista a las pirámides, se entiende que huela mal porque el jacuzzi está al lado de la cama sin embargo la habitación con vista a las pirámides sin jacuzzi tenía mejor vista y era más económica.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
Pros:

Posizione comodissima, a due passi dal GEM, che si vede dall’hotel, vicino alle piramidi (necessiterete in ogni caso di qualcuno che vi accompagni, il traffico di Giza è improponibile per spostamenti a piedi). Camere molto grandi, bellissima terrazza vista piramidi.

Cons:

Non servono alcolici (come ovunque a Giza). La prima camera che ci hanno dato era inaccettabile, i bambini secondo loro avrebbero dovuto dormire in divani letto senza materassi, ma cosa peggiore, senza lenzuola sopra (solo il sotto, purtroppo pieno di capelli altrui), senza cuscini, solo una coperta di pile per coprirsi. Abbiamo fatto presente il problema e ci hanno subito spostato in due camere comunicanti molto grandi, con due bagni, tutto pulito nella nuova camera. Ristorante pessimo. Colazione inesistente il primo giorno.

Highly recommendable
Pros:

Simple hotel, but completely adequate, clean, comfortable rooms, roof terrace with a wonderful view of the Giza plateau and the pyramids as well as the Grand Egyptian Museum (the reason for my visit), sunsets were spectacular. Staff at the restaurant was particularly welcoming, the food excellent.
