Amazing and unforgettable
Pros:

What an amazing experience from the time that we entered the hotel ar 4 o clock in the morning till the time we checked out which was about midnight the staff were friendly accommodating and helpful
A special thank you to Shamz at reception. She was always willing to help and such a warm mind person which made my mornings better by having a small chat with her. On the last da6 we extended our stay as our flight was due to leave early hours of the next morning. She kindly upgraded us to a suite which was stunning to make sure our little baby was comfortable. The atmosphere of the stuff and location of this hotel is definitely fantastic. Thank you team Saray

Il Saray è fantastico perché apri la finestra e ti ritrovi davanti quattromila anni di storia.
Pros:

La vista sulle Piramidi fa rabbrividire.
Personale delizioso. Islam del ristorante è veramente professionale e simpaticissimo.

Hôtel très confortable, chambre spacieuse, une vue magnifique de la terrasse du toit sur les pyramides de Gizeh et le Grand Musée du Caire.
Personnel très accueillant, souriant, disponible, à l'écoute que cela soit à la réception ou au restaurant.
Cuisine à la carte excellente avec un chef au top. Des virgins mojito délicieux sirotés sur le toit à la tombée du soleil.
Catalogue de propositions d'excursions très bien organisé avec un chauffeur extraordinaire et un guide sympathique.
Nous recommandons absolument et nous y retournerions bien volontiers à notre prochain voyage.

ホテルの問題ではないのですが
ホテル周辺の治安があまり良くな感じでした。
また大エジプト博物館まで行くのに徒歩は道路横断が難しく車で行くのがマストでした。

Great hotel
Pros:

The room was big enough and the beds were awsome. 2 king size beds made our stay with 2 children just amazing.
The breakfast was awesome.
The hotel is great value for money

Cons:

The view from the window was on the road. You cannot see the pyramids or the museum except from the roof and the resturant

Personale molto gentile e disponibile ma quando siamo arrivati il letto aggiuntivo in camera non era pronto e non sono stati in grado di mettere tre asciugamani per la doccia se non dal terzo giorno in poi…

La vista piramidi è coperta da palazzoni e la zona non è delle migliori… abbiamo preso la

Het uitzicht op het dakterras en de rustige sfeer algemeen. Het personeel aan de receptie, de hulpvaardigheid van het personeel.

Cons:

Het lawaai van de schuifelende stoelen op het terras , aangezien mijn kamer er net onder was.
De service in het restaurant kan bij momenten veel beter en attenter. Het personeel is er soms afwezig in aandacht. Meer attent zijn als er gasten aankomen.
