Pros:

Quick response to messages , all as expected, staff available to help most of the time, clean room, spacious, view as expected. very friendly and amazing service, we all enjoyed our stay, would recommend it. THANK YOU

Highly recommend hotel.
Pros:

The friendly staff and the very helpful receptionist. The locaties of the restaurant with the View on the pyramids and the GEM. The room was very comfortabel and clean. The bed very good for the night after the visit to the GEM.

Cons:

Nothing special. Maybe some operatiegebied instructies on the tv and safety box would have helpen me a little.

Experiencia agradable y todo muy limpio
Pros:

La ubicación es cerca a las pirámides, tiene buena vista de las pirámides en la terraza, el desayuno es bueno, el trato del personal es excelente, todo estuvo bien

Cons:

El internet no estuvo tan bien pero creo que es algo que afecta a todo Cairo, o al menos en Giza

The lady at the reception was helpful

Cons:

Due to flight cancellations they did not refund me 1 night, the room was not clean, the toilet was not clean, no towels. I had to ask for it as it was missing, room has no view, after several requests I changed the room to another one

Geweldig dakterras & spectaculair uitzicht
Pros:

De locatie en uitzicht, het diner op het prachtige terras, prachtig dakterras en de hotelkamer met uitzicht op de piramides en het museum. Schoon, hygiënisch en erg ruim.

Cons:

De wifi werkt slecht en valt vaak weg. Het ontbijt lijkt veel, maar is voor vegetariërs erg weinig. Er is geen jus d'orange, maar zoete frisdrank. Het is wel erg goedkoop en de koffie is lekker.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Peraonal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl und sehr gute ägyptische spezialitäten, einfach lecker.

Super Hotel für Interessierte des alten Ägyptens!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen um das neue Museum zu besuchen. Außerdem waren wir sehr davon begeistert, dass man unkompliziert einen Fahrer buchen konnte um individuelle Touren zu den archäologischen Stätten zu machen (auch ohne Guide). Wir waren zb bei den Gizeh Pyramiden, in Sakkara und Dahshur. Der Fahrer war wirklich super nett!

Cons:

Die direkte Umgebung in Gizeh war nicht so schön wie zb in Kairo Innenstadt.
