Modernes Design, aber eingeschränkter Service
Pros:

Sehr modern und geschmackvoll gestaltete Zimmer. Samaritis war am ersten Tag sehr hilfreich und gab uns gute Reisetipps.

Cons:

Überall im Haus wird renoviert, weshalb die Einrichtungen kaum nutzbar waren. Zustand des Zimmers: Das Warmwasser benötigte über 5 Minuten; der Duschgelspender war leer.
Nach dem ersten Tag haben wir kein Personal mehr gesehen. WhatsApp-Nachrichten wurden nicht mehr beantwortet bis jetzt. Über check-out, da die Lobby abgeschlossen und kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort war, mussten wir die Schlüsselkarten beim Auschecken auf den Boden legen.
Die Renovierungsbereiche sind nachts nicht beleuchtet und nicht ausreichend gesichert.
Vorab wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Renovierungen kaum Auswirkungen hätten, doch die Realität hat meine Erwartungen diesbezüglich bei Weitem übertroffen.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal. Saubere und moderne Anlage.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Zum Teil ist es vor allem in der Nacht sehr laut. Das Frühstück könnte deutlich vielfältiger sein.

Pros:

Small hotel, well design, close to beach, pool facilities

Cons:

Breakfast was good but food not super warm.
The chef offered me to cook scrambled eggs, I refused but incisted, i accepted. It was great.
I have not seen a latte/capuccino machine but american was ok. The deception for us was the meal menu for lunch/dinner not enough elaborated but I have to admit that we are a bit fossy. We did not tried your menu so cannot complain about it.

Gorgeous and relaxing
Pros:

Great facilities (high spec gym, lovely pool, excellent food); staff were lovely and attentive; gardens and rooms were exceptional.

Cons:

Personal preference but the beds were too soft and they let too many groups of teenagers in at the weekend to use the pool :/

Un séjour des plus agréable
Pros:

Dès notre arrivée on a senti un personnel très accueillant qui nous a toute suite mis à l’aise et nous a tout expliqué. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est incroyable on sent que quasiment tout est fait maison il ne manque jamais de rien puisqu’ils remettent progressivement. La piscine est comme sur la photo et c’est un bon endroit pour se détendre. Et même après le Check out si notre vol est plus tard il nous propose de rester à l’hôtel et de profiter de la piscine et de tout ce que bénéficie l’hôtel autant que l’on souhaite. Vraiment si vous hésitez pour cette hôtel n’hésitez plus !

Pyszne śniadania na patio. Bardzo zadbany butikowy hotel z przepiękną zielenią, która nas bardzo mile zaskoczyła. Bardzo dużo drzew bananowca oraz innej obfitej zieleni. Hotelowy ogród bardziej przypominał Tajlandię niż wulkaniczną Kretę. Przemiły personel, bardzo czysto. Restauracja z bardzo dobrą kuchnią.

Ολα ωραία αλλά για την τιμή περίμενα κάτι παραπάνω

Ήταν πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό ,ωραία αισθητική και καλή τοποθεσία εύκολα προσβάσιμη και κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου

Cons:

Η πισίνα δεν ήταν θερμαινόμενη όπως αναγράφεται και έπρεπε να είχαμε ενημερώσει τρεις μέρες νωρίτερα με έξτρα χρέωση 59€.

Best choice for couples
Pros:

Very elegant and cozy hotel. Swimming pool surrounded with lots of palm trees and plants. Very good breakfast. Extremely nice and helpful personnel (family business run with heart). Comfortable beds.
