Pros:

Hotel heeft een hele leuke sfeer met veel palmbomen, riet en hout. De kamer is heel efficiënt ingericht met veel opbergruimte en heeft een luxe uitstraling. Hele goede bedden en echt een heeeeerlijke douche! De kamers waren heel schoon. Personeel is erg vriendelijk! Locatie is fijn: je bent binnen de kortste tijd op de hoofdwegen voor de rest van het eiland. Restaurants, strand, supermarkten op loopafstand. Ondanks de minpuntjes zouden we de volgende keer zeker weer voor dit hotel kiezen.

Cons:

Ontbijt daarentegen had geen uitstraling: voldoende assortiment maar met koffie uit een 10l-percolator en sap uit een pak, sla je de plank mis. Vooral als je jezelf een boutique hotel noemt en luxe wilt uitstralen. Ook werd er tijdens ontbijttijden in de ontbijtruimte gewerkt of werkbesprekingen gehouden door personeel, wat behoorlijk stoorde. Een keer werd er zelfs geverfd en kwam er een terpetinelucht de ontbijtzaal in.
Onze kamer had een hele smalle doorloop tussen het bed en de wand naar het balkon, dit was echt behelpen (en de naam suite niet waardig).

Ho soggiornato presso Alsus Boutique Hotel e mi sono trovata molto bene. La posizione è ottima, a circa 5-7 minuti di auto dal centro di Heraklion. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. La camera era bella, curata e il letto molto comodo. Presente aria condizionata funzionante, bollitore per acqua calda e anche un tocco tipico molto apprezzato come raki con uvette. La colazione era equilibrata, sia dolce che salata, senza eccessi ma più che sufficiente.

Cons:

I prodotti per la doccia non venivano riforniti regolarmente: balsamo e crema corpo non sono stati sostituiti e il bagnoschiuma era quasi finito. Inoltre, dalla stanza del bagno (toilette separata) a volte si sentiva odore di scarico, abbastanza sgradevole, motivo per cui tenevamo spesso la porta chiusa.

I had a great stay at Alsus Boutique Hotel. The entire place was spotless, and you can really tell the staff put in the effort to keep everything clean and up to a high standard. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, always making sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay as much as possible. I even spent time chatting with some of the staff, and they were incredibly helpful when it came to giving directions and recommending places around the area. Their hospitality really made the experience stand out.

Kleines feines romantisch schickes Hotel in Strandnähe
Pros:

Schickes relativ neu renoviertes Hotel mit entspannter Atmosphäre. Das gesamte Hotel Team war freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Das Grundstück nebenan ist eine Bau-Ruine, an der zeitweise mit Geräusch herumgewerkelt wurde. Rein optisch nicht so toll, aber durch den wunderschönen Hotelgarten und die geschickte Bepflanzung wurde es relativ gut kaschiert. Kann ja keiner was für seine Nachbarn ;-)
