The room was clean, good size, with balcony, comfy king bed and good size bathroom. The breakfast every morning was excellent! The breakfast area was decent with plenty of tables. Presentation of breakfast items was supurb! Stella was awesome in managing the whole thing!

Cons:

The only nit was that the open shower made the bathroom area a little messy - probably more operator error than anything... So had to be careful with handling the shower wand or you'd be mopping up with your own towels! I left a separate note on a couple things that needed fixed but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Aamiainen oli todella hyvä, ja se vaihteli joka aamu hieman! Henkilökunta on todella ystävällinen ja avulias!

Cons:

Hotellin sijainti oli hieman syrjäinen, eikä sen välittömässä läheisyydessä ole kauheasti ravintoloita tai kauppoja. Heraklionin keskustaan ei ole kuitenkaan pitkä matka bussilla tai taksilla.

Rigtigt skønt hotel for voksne med meget venligt personale
Pros:

Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Nyt hotel med stort potentiale. Stort fokus på at vedligeholde faciliteter. Nem adgang til centrum, og lufthavn. Skønt værelse med terrasse og meget behagelig seng.

Cons:

Friskpresset appelsinsaft var ikke en del af morgenmaden men skal tilkøbes. For få veganske retter til morgenmaden.

Fantastisk vistelse kan varmt rekommendera!
Pros:

Ett väldigt fint och modernt hotell med hög standard. Rummet var bekvämt, rent och snyggt. Personalen var fantastiskt snäll och gav ett varmt bemötande vilket gjorde vistelsen ännu bättre. Läget var också perfekt för en lugn och avkopplande semester.

Cons:

Inget att klaga på , allt var över förväntan.

Modernes Design, aber eingeschränkter Service
Pros:

Sehr modern und geschmackvoll gestaltete Zimmer. Samaritis war am ersten Tag sehr hilfreich und gab uns gute Reisetipps.

Cons:

Überall im Haus wird renoviert, weshalb die Einrichtungen kaum nutzbar waren. Zustand des Zimmers: Das Warmwasser benötigte über 5 Minuten; der Duschgelspender war leer.
Nach dem ersten Tag haben wir kein Personal mehr gesehen. WhatsApp-Nachrichten wurden nicht mehr beantwortet bis jetzt. Über check-out, da die Lobby abgeschlossen und kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort war, mussten wir die Schlüsselkarten beim Auschecken auf den Boden legen.
Die Renovierungsbereiche sind nachts nicht beleuchtet und nicht ausreichend gesichert.
Vorab wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Renovierungen kaum Auswirkungen hätten, doch die Realität hat meine Erwartungen diesbezüglich bei Weitem übertroffen.

Sehr freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal. Saubere und moderne Anlage.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Zum Teil ist es vor allem in der Nacht sehr laut. Das Frühstück könnte deutlich vielfältiger sein.
