The check-in process was not smooth. There is no mobile network connectivity in the hotel building. The staff was very slow with the room service was very slow. The bathrooms were not clean and no dustbins in the rooms. The rooms had smoky scent in the room.

Location near Kadugodi Tree park metro station..you will have to walk 1 km if you follow the metro station provided as location from the property. None of the amenities and facilities were provided, not even drinking water and toiletries .Water problem dusty cockroach infested rooms and shady looking place, rude staff behavior.. They reply only in Hindi which is not good customer service at all.
