Pros:

First of all, the front desk manager was very unprofessional. It was a young woman. I went there with my wife and complained about the restroom. Instead of addressing the issue, she blamed me and asked why I had thrown tissues into the toilet.

I have been using this type of toilet for the past 12 years, so her comment did not make any sense. The restroom flush was extremely slow, which appeared to be the actual problem. Rather than blaming a customer, she should have apologized and looked into the issue.

I told her that she should say sorry to me because I was reporting a problem, not causing one. Unfortunately, her attitude was disappointing.

Please make sure your staff take proper care of all customers, including foreign visitors. I am originally from Bangladesh and currently live in the USA, so I understand different cultures. However, when foreign visitors experience this kind of behavior, they may judge the people and hospitality of the entire country based on that experience.

I kindly request the management team to address this issue. In any business, professional behavior and customer service are a very big deal. Thank you.

Pros:

It's clean, enjoyable. Best part boat trip to foyslake and free rides.

Cons:

Many inconvenience things , arrival, lots of furniture in hallway etc.
