Cons:

I have a had very worst experience yesterday at Super Hotel O S N Residency. I have got the booking confirmation number and made a full payment Rs 975.33 via UPI payment method one day prior (Friday 13th Sep). I went to Super Hotel O S N Residency on 14th Sep at around 10 PM and told the receptionist that we have booked a single room and made the full payment and showed the proof for both confirmation number and amount paid, then immediately that receptionst said no rooms available now and check with OYO for amount refund.

I need my money back, how can i get it back ?
