I wish I could stay a lot longer here as it’s amazing and adorable paradise

Warm, helpful staff made the stay memorable
Pros:

The staff were fantastic across the board — friendly and genuinely willing to help. Special shoutout to Isabella, who was warm from day one, and to Raquel and Sofia, who went out of their way to help however they could.
The restaurant was genuinely great — a diverse menu that's traveler-friendly while still offering local options. Samuel gave me the best service I've had while traveling, and the portions were generous — one plate was plenty. The overall vibe of the hostel was amazing too, and I loved meeting other travelers there.

Cons:

The cabin I stayed in could really use a desk or small table. There was a good workspace for calls, but I would've loved a comfortable spot to take calls from the room itself.

El mejor lugar para descansar y desestresarse
Pros:

Todo me gustó excelente atención muy buena comida muy buenas actividades muy seguro tranquilo y familiar a recomendar a Evelin y Tatiana que me ayudaron con un ventilador que a pesar del frío la costumbre para poder dormir lo necesitaba y ellas nos ayudaron siempre estuvieron muy pendientes y atentas con todo ellas personal

Alojamiento práctico
Pros:

Asistimos a un evento deportivo y este lugar fue excelente, todo nos quedó cerca, lo que facilitó la movilidad y el descanso.

Cons:

Sería bueno que las habitaciones contaran con un pequeño refrigerador con el fin de tener líquidos frescos para el consumo.
